I’ve been a patient for over a decade, and I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. The care and attention to detail are unparalleled. Every visit, I’m greeted with a warm, friendly atmosphere, and the staff is always intentional about ensuring my comfort and well-being. I’ve had the same dentist and hygienists for years, which speaks volumes about the consistency and quality of care here. Their dedication to patient care makes every appointment a positive experience. Highly recommend!
Adrienne and Dr Boychuk were wonderful. They helped me out when my lingual wire broke and my regular doctor wasn’t in. I got an appointment on short notice and they had my wire re-cemented and X-rays checked in no time at all. Highly recommend, excellent service and free parking downtown.
Highly recommend this dental office. The people that work at this office are incredibly kind and do a great job of making you feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Sharma and Adrienne were both exceptional at making sure I was doing okay during the whole procedure and were amazing at showing off the cool technology that this office has! I’m happy I made the choice to come to Dental One for my needs and would highly recommend this team to anyone!
I’ve been going for the past 2 years and will never go to any other dentist! They have such a relaxing atmosphere, really kind and gentle staff. Today got my clear aligners and it was such a breeze! Thank you to Adrienne for helping me and being so kind throughout the process ☺️.
Everyone is very polite, I am always greeted promptly, and have seldomly had to wait more than 5-10 minutes (I can't complain about that because I've been 5 minutes late on occasion). Like most dental offices today, I feel it's less of a service and more of a business, but my hygienists have always been good. In the last year or two there's a bit of soft sale on products, but it's never pushy and they always tell you where you can buy products elsewhere for a good price.
