Highly recommend this dental office. The people that work at this office are incredibly kind and do a great job of making you feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Sharma and Adrienne were both exceptional at making sure I was doing okay during the whole procedure and were amazing at showing off the cool technology that this office has! I’m happy I made the choice to come to Dental One for my needs and would highly recommend this team to anyone!
Everyone is very polite, I am always greeted promptly, and have seldomly had to wait more than 5-10 minutes (I can't complain about that because I've been 5 minutes late on occasion). Like most dental offices today, I feel it's less of a service and more of a business, but my hygienists have always been good. In the last year or two there's a bit of soft sale on products, but it's never pushy and they always tell you where you can buy products elsewhere for a good price. Incredible dentists and staff - always very friendly and they’ve been great about helping me catch up on 6 years of no dental care. their focus on making dental care as painless as possible is incredible - the last filling I had done here was completely pain free and I could eat and talk normally within 20 minutes. Great people.
Robbi-Leigh, Adrienne and Dr. Sam were amazing. My cleaning with Robbi-Leigh was very thorough compared to my previous experience at another dental clinic. I have had a root canal in the past and they used older equipment. This procedure with Dr. Sam and Adrienne was a walk in the park compared to my previous root canal. Thank you so much Dental One.
I always have a good time at Dental One…as much as one can at dental appointment. So much so that I will be returning in 6 months. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The latest in dental gadgetry makes procedures and hygiene services painless and very tolerable. Everything from processing payments and benefits to booking subsequent appointments is efficient. The clinic is very focused in customer satisfaction and comfort. I have been going Dental One for nearly 15 years now.
