I had a very good experience. Dr. Dutt and her staff always make me feel comfortable and at ease with the procedures. The clerks are very helpful with the insurance details. I never have to worry about what needs to be done. Thank you all.

Visitors would do well if they set an appointment with this office. The parking isn't vast, yet convenient. As soon as you enter, take a free parking pass to place in your dashboard. The professionals who worked with me provided very helpful advice regarding my dental health. And they would do this at every visit in order that you would improve in this area.

I just did an extraction with Dr Ritasha and Manjit her assistant. I am always scared of dental appointments and even more scared of extractions. I must say Dr. Ritasha made it such a comfortable experience for me…an expert in the field. Her assistant complemented her well and I want to applaud you for exceptional service. Way to go!

⚠️ Avoid Dental Studio Bramalea If You're Using CDCP Insurance ⚠️ I had a disappointing financial experience at this clinic. As a CDCP user with a 40% deductible, I expected them to apply the correct CDCP rates. Shockingly, the clinic refused, claiming they only honour CDCP rates if the patient has 100% coverage—which is a completely unreasonable and misleading excuse. Horrendous receptionists, please avoid at all costs, you can read the reviews, this is not an individual opinion. Sad because my dentist was great. Don’t even expect to be called back when they tell you. They’re from the gillingham location, which I’ve been with for over 10 years.
