Hello, my hygienist was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. She explained every step of the cleaning process to ensure that I fully understood the process. Intermittently, she would ask if I was okay. It was truly an amazing experience.

Changes in staff and hygienists. Customer service is great. Unfortunately I had a great hygienist who knew my teeth and sensitivity well. Recieved a replacement and the scaling went too deep near nerves and gums. Left me in pain that was close to unbearable. Powered throught it and recieved a headache for remainder of the day. I would advise to communicate pain levels at all times. Message to hygienists, clean with care. I don't think anyone likes the tools hitting nerves or gums.

My wonderful dental hygienist Genevieve, not only cleaned every single stain off of my teeth but she also provided me with the best tips for keeping my gums super clear of any debris. I am so grateful to her as my mouth hasn't felt this good in a long long time.

I recently visited to have a cavity refilled. Dr. Dawn and her assistant, Manjit was whom I I had the pleasure of dealing with; I couldn't be more satisfied. Dr. Dawn was extremely gentle and thorough, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Manjit's super friendly demeanor and efficient assistance made the experience even smoother. The refilling was done quickly and painlessly, and the results are fantastic. Highly recommend their services! Appreciate them both!

My experience today at sterling was great. Suchita who always does my cleaning did very good today as always I strongly recommend her if you want to come for cleaning.
