Extremely proficient and expert, all around. This is where I've been going since I was probably 10 years old. Now that I'm 21, I can't speak highly enough about them. Dentists and hygienists are incredibly detailed and knowledgeable; they keep you informed at every turn to avoid unpleasant surprises. Very soothing too. My family and I appreciate all of the team's hard work!

This was the worst dentist I have EVER been to, came here a few years ago and regret not writing a review earlier. The hygienist was horrible, rude and disrespectful, stating “you bleed a lot” as she continues to attack my gums along with asking me “do you brush your teeth, doesn’t seem like it” . I remember this so clearly because I’ve been traumatized. I also had a cavity, they told me it would be a root canal, not POSSIBLY a root canal, and I was quoted $900. Great Job cleaning my teeth today. My children and i have been visiting this location for many years. Gillingham location has wonderful staff members, especially Anneza. She is so pleasant on the phone and in person.

I ended getting a filling about two years or so ago. My tooth was really sensitive after the procedure, so I ended up going back to resolve the issue. I went there three times. While the sensitivity is not as strong as it once was, my tooth is still not the way it used to be. I hate that I stayed with this clinic so long. What they’ve done just keeps me frustrated.I kept paying to have my teeth damaged. I hope I can recover from this at a reputable clinic.
