Extremely proficient and expert, all around. This is where I've been going since I was probably 10 years old. Now that I'm 21, I can't speak highly enough about them. Dentists and hygienists are incredibly detailed and knowledgeable; they keep you informed at every turn to avoid unpleasant surprises. Very soothing too. My family and I appreciate all of the team's hard work!

This was the worst dentist I have EVER been to, came here a few years ago and regret not writing a review earlier. The hygienist was horrible, rude and disrespectful, stating “you bleed a lot” as she continues to attack my gums along with asking me “do you brush your teeth, doesn’t seem like it” . I remember this so clearly because I’ve been traumatized. I also had a cavity, they told me it would be a root canal, not POSSIBLY a root canal, and I was quoted $900. Great Job cleaning my teeth today. My children and i have been visiting this location for many years. Gillingham location has wonderful staff members, especially Anneza. She is so pleasant on the phone and in person.
I had an appointment on March 15, 2021 @11pm, and I absolutely loved the service that both hygienist and the Dentist gave. They were really concerned about my concerns, and did their best to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable. The Dentist also took her time to do the work that needed to be completed and told me that "she will not rush because she wants to ensure that she does the job to the best of her ability, and that I am happy and satisfied!"
