The doctor, receptionist, dental hygienists are all so lovely. I’m from Victoria and I honestly haven’t met such professional people in Surrey since moving here, until coming to dental zone. They’re always on time, they communicate really well and they’re so accommodating. I have had 3 really solid visits at this dental office. Dental Zone's services are disproportionately expensive, even for children. They impose unnecessary charges for kids basic check-ups, which sharply contrasts with other clinics offering them for free. The limited seating arrangements force patients to endure lengthy waits standing up. Moreover, there's a noticeable lack of effort to make the experience child-friendly. I had my first visit at Dental Zone - Surrey for full check up and cleaning and was amazed by the service provided. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. From making an appointment, process of cleaning and assessment, everything went so smoothly without any complaints. Dr. Bhatti is very knowledgeable and informative. I will highly recommend this clinic for any dental needs.
TERRIBLE!!! Worst experience today (Jun 15, 2024)! There is a new receptionist named "Jass" who doesn't know her work. VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT! Not willing to explain anything or answer any question! Not going to recommend in future. On the other hand, the Doctor Bhatti himself and another receptionist Simar are very polite and knows how to deal with a patient.
