When you show up for your appointment they are quick to get you in. They do a thorough job cleaning and scaling your teeth. on one occasion I needed some extra work done so they switched me between hygienist staff just to get the job done faster without compromising a great standard of care. It was wonderful to meet everyone they are all so kind.
I came in for a quick cleaning today and was really impressed by the service here. The hygienist was incredibly skilled and meticulous; very thorough, gentle, and thoughtful throughout the whole appointment. I genuinely appreciated the care she took. The receptionist was also warm and pleasant, making the whole visit smooth from start to finish. All around, a very positive experience. Definitely want to pass along the kudos on a job well done. My son and I came to Canada from Ukraine in 2022 and visited the DentalFX dental clinic, which is located in West Edmonton Moll. Since then, to the present day, we have been served only here, as there is a very friendly atmosphere, a wonderful team, perfect cleanliness, innovative equipment, an excellent team and professionalism in the work of doctors. Great communication from booking / making me comfortable. Didn’t feel rushed when I asked questions.. customer service/ satisfaction couldn’t be better. Location is very convenient being in the mall, able to park go to the dentist then get a few other shopping things done. Will continue to go here even if/when I move farther from west Edmonton mall.
