I came in for a quick cleaning today and was really impressed by the service here. The hygienist was incredibly skilled and meticulous; very thorough, gentle, and thoughtful throughout the whole appointment. I genuinely appreciated the care she took. The receptionist was also warm and pleasant, making the whole visit smooth from start to finish. All around, a very positive experience. Definitely want to pass along the kudos on a job well done. When you show up for your appointment they are quick to get you in. They do a thorough job cleaning and scaling your teeth. on one occasion I needed some extra work done so they switched me between hygienist staff just to get the job done faster without compromising a great standard of care. It was wonderful to meet everyone they are all so kind.
My son and I came to Canada from Ukraine in 2022 and visited the DentalFX dental clinic, which is located in West Edmonton Moll. Since then, to the present day, we have been served only here, as there is a very friendly atmosphere, a wonderful team, perfect cleanliness, innovative equipment, an excellent team and professionalism in the work of doctors. Best dental office I’ve ever been too…right from reception to the end of my visit….I have always had an incredible amount of anxiety around going to the dentist (terrible for how often I have needed to be there). Amazing hygienists; always make feel welcomed and comfortable….they have always went above and beyond to get to know me.
