I recently visited Dental Fx Clinic for a routine check-up and cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and quickly checked me in without any hassle. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and had a nice selection of magazines. My hygienist was fantastic! Dr. Sanyam Shah is a fantastic dentist!! I was seen by him for two complex procedures which he recently performed. Dr. Shah is extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, professional, gentle, kind, caring, patient, honest, listens to your concerns, answers all your questions, explains procedures clearly, gives you options, and the freezing is painless! When you show up for your appointment they are quick to get you in. They do a thorough job cleaning and scaling your teeth. on one occasion I needed some extra work done so they switched me between hygienist staff just to get the job done faster without compromising a great standard of care. It was wonderful to meet everyone they are all so kind.
My son and I came to Canada from Ukraine in 2022 and visited the DentalFX dental clinic, which is located in West Edmonton Moll. Since then, to the present day, we have been served only here, as there is a very friendly atmosphere, a wonderful team, perfect cleanliness, innovative equipment, an excellent team and professionalism in the work of doctors.
