When you show up for your appointment they are quick to get you in. They do a thorough job cleaning and scaling your teeth. on one occasion I needed some extra work done so they switched me between hygienist staff just to get the job done faster without compromising a great standard of care. It was wonderful to meet everyone they are all so kind.

I came in for a quick cleaning today and was really impressed by the service here. The hygienist was incredibly skilled and meticulous; very thorough, gentle, and thoughtful throughout the whole appointment. I genuinely appreciated the care she took. The receptionist was also warm and pleasant, making the whole visit smooth from start to finish. All around, a very positive experience. Definitely want to pass along the kudos on a job well done. Would highly recommend. Thank you very much!

Great communication from booking / making me comfortable. Didn’t feel rushed when I asked questions.. customer service/ satisfaction couldn’t be better. Location is very convenient being in the mall, able to park go to the dentist then get a few other shopping things done. Will continue to go here even if/when I move farther from west Edmonton mall.

I just had my dental cleaning at Dental FX, and it was hands-down, the best dental experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating—they greeted me with warm smiles, made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area even I didn’t wait too long. I’ve been seeing Dr. Kanwar and his staff for some time now, and I can honestly say they’re exceptional. From the moment you walk in, the team is friendly, professional, and makes you feel completely at ease. Dr. Kanwar takes the time to explain everything clearly and ensures you’re comfortable throughout your visit. The office is clean, efficient, and runs right on schedule — which I really appreciate. Highly recommend Dr. Kanwar and his amazing staff to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients!
