I have been coming to this dental office for a very long time. I always have a great experience at this office from start to finish. The environment is clean, organized, and welcoming. The best dental care facility in all of Edmonton. Very professional staff. Very clean and friendly environment. Very comfortable and competent dental doctors. Listen I have had crow and root canals done before. At dental FX they are so good I literally fell asleep while having my operation being done. I’ve been seeing Dr. Ozair for over 7 years now, and I can honestly say Dr. Ozair is the best! Every visit has been a positive experience. The recent dental asst/ hygienist was so respectful, soft spoken and have amazingly light hands. Everything went smoothly and I am so pleased. I had a negative experience with the previous cleaning with the hygienist 6 mos ago. She openly commented negatively about my teeth saying I have so much bacteria in my teeth/ mouth (in all my yrs, I have had positive comments so her comment really struck me) I almost decided not to go back if not for the receptionists prompt reminders which I love also in this clinic.
