In an office that has a lot of staff turnover, Pravish - my hygienist has been my constant. He is the epitome of professional. I feel confident in his knowledge and experience in all things dental. I am always at ease sitting in his chair. He is caring and thorough. I give him a solid 5/5 gold stars.
I moved to the area 5 years ago and looked at the reviews that is what initially brought me to this office. I can confirm this Dental team an Office team is amazing! they are extremely helpful at the front desk in everyway from even booking emergency checks asking the right questions to book the proper amount of time. Notifications and check ins are detailed and frequent so you don't forget. Bharti at dentalhouse - Glen Abbey has been taking care of my dental hygiene for some time now and I always have a great experience at every appointment. Bharti is patient, meticulous, highly experienced, and really goes the extra mile to make the session as pleasant as possible while not compromising on the treatment effect, which is not easy for a dental appointment! I usually dreaaad going to the dentist to get a cleaning - b/c my teeth are so sensitive. But Pravesh is so gentle & kind! I appreciate his empathetic ear & want to make the dentist an enjoyable experience!
From the outset of starting a new from another dentist in town, my experience with Dr. Patni has been great in all respects: very conscientious, explains what he is planning to do and what he has done, and longer term. His assistants and hygienists are also excellent in all respects. I have now had one cleaning and a few crowns put in, and I am very happy with all aspects of DentalHouse, Glen Abbey. The front desk are also a pleasure to deal with. I'm so glad that I made a change!
