I had a great experience at this dental clinic. The entirety of the staff is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and welcoming, which really makes a difference when visiting the dentist. Everyone took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Aamir Warsi is a wonderful doctor very nice, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about what he does. The experience at Dentalhouse Glen Abbey was extremely unpleasant. I am sharing this review to bring the management team's attention to areas needing improvement, and to provide other patients with a reference so they can avoid similar issues. We recently relocated to this community from Thornhill, where our whole family had wonderful experiences with our dental clinic for years without any concerns. A Truly Exceptional Experience I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care my son received from Dr. David Bonenfant, and the entire team. My son had all four wisdom teeth removed, and the experience could not have gone more smoothly. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, professional, and reassuring. Was greeted with a smile. This my first hygienist appointment with my new dentist. I was made to feel that this appointment would go smooth and without the usual anxiety. My hygienist was very cheerful and started things off with a laugh. He did a great job and even did a little extra with no extra charge as he wanted to give me the best chances in preserving my teeth at my age. I Would highly recommend going to this dentist as they are taking in new patients and they really did exceed my expectations.

I never leave reviews, but this dentist’s office is genuinely that good. I’ve seen a few dentists here and they’ve all been great — but the hygienist and front desk staff are what make this place exceptional. Mary, the hygienist, is amazing. She’s excellent at her job and it really shows. She’ll warn you something might taste bad, but she doesn’t need to because you won’t taste anything at all.
