I have been visiting Victoria Dental Arts for many years and I have always found them professional and caring. My visit to dental hygienist Billie-Jean yesterday was unforgettable. I suffer from anxiety and any dentist appointment leaves me a trembling (and often crying) mess. Lack of sleep worsens my condition and when Billie-Jean saw me, she proved to be an exceptional carer, a person with compassion and understanding way above and beyond what is required of a hygienist. Loved the overall experience. I got my cleaning and polishing done by Billie-jean and she was really good. All staff members were helpful and informative. This place is an excellent customer service place. Everyone is so nice.
Very friendly and polite staffs. The visit was very smooth and pleasant. The dentist and his assistant was friendly, approachable and took great pride and care in their work, occasionally asking if everything was okay and checking to see if we were comfortable throughout the whole procedure. My appointment w two fillings was great. No pain, freezing was minimal which felt good as far as my mouth being frozen. Quick and easy. Today after the procedure, all is well. Not sore or tender. Teeth feel good so far!
