I’ve had many bad experiences with dentist in the Belleville area but this one I will always recommend. Absolutely wonderful and kind staff, very accommodating and knowledgeable. They are always ready to answer any questions or concerns I have. They communicate everything you need to know and come up with a plan with you to address any issues going on.
I recently switched to Victoria Dental Arts and I’ve been really happy. They’re quick to answer the phone, easy to book with, and there’s barely any waiting when you’re there. Everyone is super kind, and the dentist is great. Overall, a really good experience.
Over the past year they've failed to resolve or inform me on how to resolve the chronic pain in my teeth, gums, and jaw. I've been nothing but respectful to their staff and they've dismissed my medical concerns despite immense pain. They have not been accomodating to my communication and mental health history. The work they have done has been affordable, and their staff has been polite, but the issue remains unresolved.
I have been visiting Victoria Dental Arts for many years and I have always found them professional and caring. My visit to dental hygienist Billie-Jean yesterday was unforgettable. I suffer from anxiety and any dentist appointment leaves me a trembling (and often crying) mess. Lack of sleep worsens my condition and when Billie-Jean saw me, she proved to be an exceptional carer, a person with compassion and understanding way above and beyond what is required of a hygienist. I am not a fan of the dentist but Dr. Miracle does work miracles and rebuilt my tooth when a chunk of it came off. He also performed a miracle on a deep filing I lost last year. He is very patient and considerate of my fears. I have been back twice and he has been incredible.
