Friendly staff who try to work hard and fast on my child speaking with them constantly in order to make them feel comfortable. We have always seen great Drs and dental hygienists there and have been going there since my son was very young. We have always had great care.
Everything is what you want and need in a dental office. Friendly. Kind and professional with the best of equipment. Not reflected in the price. I was more than satisfied at the billing and they do support the new government dental plan. I did need the usual follow-ups for refits and I was looked after very quickly with no extra charges. This dental office was a fortunate find as I live in Picton and they were recommended.
The staff were able to accommodate my very fluid work schedule. Excellent experience with the hygienist. Great cleaning - professional and friendly.
I've been with my dentist for over 20 years and I will say especially after yesterday due to getting some work done for I was afraid I was gonna lose my smile, they made it possible. They are a very family oriented office. I will always recommend Victoria dental arts! Ty for making it possible to get my smile back after years of feeling self conscious. ☺️Linz
