My experience was wonderful from my initial phone call right through to treatment. The office staff were friendly, attentive and professional. My treatment excellent. The office decor was cheerful and inviting. Thank you for taking me for my emergency visit. ❤️🦷
The Doctors and assistants at Victoria Dental are wonderful and make you feel personable and it's a normal visit. I went in for extractions and didn't feel any of it with the freezing I was given to elevate any discomfort there may have been. I would recommend anyone at anytime to look into Victoria Dental for any of their dental needs.
I had a dental appointment scheduled for 12:30 PM and arrived early at 12:15 PM. I waited outside until 1:00 PM, but nobody ever opened the door ,the clinic was completely locked. There wasn’t even a doorbell to use. Even the man cutting the grass outside tried knocking on the door, and nobody answered him either. To make things worse, nobody was answering the phone at all. A relaxed and comfortable experience to fill 2 cavities which went took place seamlessly. There was practically no wait time. Spent most of my time with Sandy, a very pleasant assistant.
I’ve had many bad experiences with dentist in the Belleville area but this one I will always recommend. Absolutely wonderful and kind staff, very accommodating and knowledgeable. They are always ready to answer any questions or concerns I have. They communicate everything you need to know and come up with a plan with you to address any issues going on.
