I am appalled by the way the front desk (specifically Sarah and Stephanie) handled a particular matter. My wife went in for dental work and they did not enter the insurance information correctly. I contacted my insurance to clarify the issue. My insurance asked to speak to them directly and was willing to work with them on the phone, but Sarah stated, "we do not make mistakes nor do we have the time to do so" and brushed it off completely. Excellent hygienists. Great dentists. Unfortunately the front desk and office manager are a disaster. Insurance handling is a disaster and they aren't willing to help clarify things when payments aren't processed correctly. They immediately become defensive. Here the client is treated as a number.
Amazing experience for my daughter's first dentist appointment! The entire staff went above and beyond to make her visit enjoyable. Special shout out to Marianna who was the dental hygienist that took care of her teeth, incredible job taking the time to explain every step to her and make her feel comfortable with the process. Highly recommend Dental House as the best dental office out there!
