I've been with this office for years. The last year has been horrendous. Considering one only needs biannual check ups and cleanings that require appointments SCHEDULED MONTHS IN ADVANCE, you would think simple appointment reminders via email, text, and phone call would be enough to secure and confirm an appointment. Multiple times, I've been given an appointment, have confirmed it, only to show up at the office and the office is CLOSED without warning. Went to this dental office for just a general check up and cleaning. Its a small location. They have a pretty cool theme its all about movies. The receptionist was very nice and answered all my questions without complaint. The xray tech was very nice and fast. The hygienist was nice and the cleaning didn’t hurt. She made sure to explain everything she did as well. Overall good dental office just a little small I think they had maybe about 4-5 rooms, but thankfully rooms didn’t feel cramped.
Mary got me right in for a clean up. Steven was amazing and got my great tips on keeping my teeth in better shape! Dr J got my filling done in no time. Great hand and awesome team
I am giving this two stars so that the dentist himself does get some credit. But I have now had 2 experiences where the front office is just lost on insurance coverage, never knows right estimates and cannot get billing figured out. I call to pay a bill and they do not even know what I should be paying. I switch insurance and they tell me I have to figure it out and I cannot just get a quote. I do want to thank the dentist and the staff there, but being nice and friendly does not mean you know what is going on.
I had what I initially thought was a cracked/chipped molar and reached out to Dentist on Durango to see if they could take a look. They got me in the same day, confirmed that it was just a broken filling, and performed a filling replacement in a span of an hour! I later had my initial/comprehensive evaluation and cleaning at Dentist on Durango and will continue my dental care care there. Friendly, professional front office and dental team!
