I Highly recommend this Dentist. They are friendly, professional and very knowable about the needs of their patients. I have always been a little nervous around dental clinics, but Dr.Bosky Singh made me feel at ease and explained everything in detail. We had an excellent experience at this dental clinic! My husband had an emergency concern, and they were able to accommodate him right away. The staff were very professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the visit. The dentist explained everything clearly and made sure my husband was comfortable the whole time. We’re so grateful for their quick response and great care—highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate dental service!
Husband went there today for tooth pain. He hadn’t gone to the dentist in 8 years and he has a lot of dental anxiety. Everyone was amazing- the person who booked us in and made sure we were seen as quickly as possible, the receptionist Ricky who made sure everything was smooth and we were taken care of, the dental hygienist who was kind and thorough, and the dentist was so good and put my husband at ease. Would 10000000% recommend going here.
Worst experience ever. Never recommend it to anyone. Terrible communication problems. Went there for an emergency exam, filled out forms explaining my problem before the appointment. They didn’t even care to ask why we came today and started the hygiene process, and that wasn’t even near what I asked for. The hygienist looked like she didn’t know what was doing, machines weren’t plugged in, someone had to go come in and fix things for her. I am a new patient of Dentistree at their Hemlock Rd location. I have been extremely happy with their service. The team is very friendly and courteous. Dr Sing is very professional and explains thoroughly the work that is being completed. Great addition to the Waterridge Village Community!
