I love that Google Maps was able to find the place so bo problems there AND there was free parking which is always awesome. They had a place to put my jacket and boots and provided me with slippers and a place to sit. The hygienist was amazing. She was very positive (considering the last 6 months my family has had) and fun to chat with too! I loved the Dentist. She was very sweet and did her job amazingly. I came in with alot of painful issues and everyone was very kind, helpful and explain the process step by step. Which really helped my anxiety because I was able to understand what to expect throughout the entire visit. So far I've gone here twice and im planning on continuing to go to this clinic. 10/10 recommend!
Overpriced and extremely pushy. I decided to try a new dentist office (current one is an hour away) and now regret doing that.. When arriving at this place I spent the first 30 minutes being coerced into doing an expensive examination and X-Rays. It took me repeatedly saying no for 15-20 minutes until the front desk worker would agree to let me just have a cleaning. We had an excellent experience at this dental clinic! My husband had an emergency concern, and they were able to accommodate him right away. The staff were very professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the visit. The dentist explained everything clearly and made sure my husband was comfortable the whole time. We’re so grateful for their quick response and great care—highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate dental service!
Administrative negligence turned a routine visit into a headache. I am posting this review under a pseudonym, but management will know exactly who I am based on the specific "Desjardins/HSA claim error" that occurred in early December 2025. I cannot recommend this clinic for two main reasons: time management and administrative competence. First, a standard routine checkup and cleaning took over two hours.
