Administrative negligence turned a routine visit into a headache. I am posting this review under a pseudonym, but management will know exactly who I am based on the specific "Desjardins/HSA claim error" that occurred in early December 2025. I cannot recommend this clinic for two main reasons: time management and administrative competence. First, a standard routine checkup and cleaning took over two hours. We had an excellent experience at this dental clinic! My husband had an emergency concern, and they were able to accommodate him right away. The staff were very professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the visit. The dentist explained everything clearly and made sure my husband was comfortable the whole time. We’re so grateful for their quick response and great care—highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate dental service!
I Highly recommend this Dentist. They are friendly, professional and very knowable about the needs of their patients. I have always been a little nervous around dental clinics, but Dr.Bosky Singh made me feel at ease and explained everything in detail.
