I have had nothing but great experiences here. Their staff are amazing and great with kids. My 4 year old daughter was a bit nervous going in but Meghan(hope I spelt it right) was phenomenal. She showed my daughter all the tools she was going to be using and made sure she was comfortable before she started. I cannot recommend them enough!
From the moment I walked through the front door, the staff was very helpful and friendly. My hygienist Meagan explained everything step-by-step what she was doing and answered all my questions. She was very knowledgable and helpful.
My husband had a front tooth extracted today and was very pleased with results. He said it was pain free and we came away with a little packages of gauzes and Advil for pain which was a very nice touch. The office is very clean and bright. Our Doctor was Dr Ghai.
Lots of mixed emotions! Receptionist didn't even look at me so forget the smile, and I was sitting in front of her for about 15 minutes. Another girl took me to a side desk to check me in, she was the nice and warm one. The room was super tight to a point that the technician was almost on the chair with me. The dentist was nice but she made my filling to short and to wide, on a front tooth.... She told me that is what it's supposed to be so never mind matching the other tooth sizes. Lifelong apprehension of dentistry. But this place is so good. Kelly and Eden up front are always warm and welcoming. Megan is a fantastic hygienist who takes great care of my teeth. Dr Ghai is very professional and reassuring. Dentistry@Almonte has been taking care of my family and I for about a year now, they are just the best!
