The staff worked hard to find me a date that was convenient for my husband and myself. I didn't have to wait the staff was very friendly and helpful. Direct billing is a definite positive and it was done with no issues and all was explained to me. I love coming here all very helpful and friendly. Lily my hygienist did a great job explaining everything and the new cleaning method was amazing. My treatment plan was explained in detail.
I returned to the dentist after several years of avoiding it...easy to book my appointments, good communication, text reminders, friendly staff. great work on the cleaning! got rid of years of stains. overall a really great experience. thanks to everyone in the office, my hygenist, dr. Hamsa (not sure if I spelled that right, sorry) and dr. Augimeri. you gave me back my confidence to smile! 😁
Recently had a cleaning, which I mostly dread, but this was the best experience I have ever had. Also, I am not the best patient for fillings, but I was in the chair yesterday for 2 and the extra care and attention to make me feel comfortable was exceptional. I was seen yesterday by the team at Dentistry at Lifestyles in Midland due to my own regular dentist office Penetang Dental not giving me the required patient care that I required. Dentistry at Lifestyles went above and beyond, made me feel welcomed, were attentive to my concerns, provided me with excellent care, followed up with a consultation for me within 7 days of finishing my medication. I’ve had several recent visits to Dentistry at Lifestyles. Brooke handled the X-Rays, scaling and cleaning and she always does a marvellous service. I also had a pain-free filling replaced. The staff here are so efficient and pleasant that I actually look forward to my visits.
