I had a great experience here for both my dental cleaning and my wisdom tooth extraction!! Dr. Lee and the staff are super friendly, professional, and always make me feel comfortable. Removing my wisdom tooth went way better than expected!! ZERO pain and super quick! Everything was explained clearly, and Dr. Lee was extremely gentle throughout. Best dental clinic in town 👍👍
Dr Lee and the staff at Dentistry @ Bank Street Professional Centre provide professional and courteous services. Dr Lee has been attentive in all his consultations with me regarding the best options to meet my dental needs. He identified a good strategy for addressing chronic pain in one area, by recommending a night guard. It has been a great success. Dr. Lee and the entire team of Dentistry@ Bank Street are professional and friendly. I came in to have my daughter’s front teeth repaired, and after there is no longer any difference between the teeth that were damaged and those that weren’t. I am very satisfied with the result, and I highly recommend visiting Dentistry @ Bank Street for cleanings and repairs.
Honestly they are acting unprofessional. Especially doctor Lee, he is trying to play with patients. He thinks he is very clever. They charged me more than 500$ for only a cleaning. They just trying to use the coverage, they don’t care of your teeth, never! The receptionist team are good people and looking professional. But the professional team, especially the dentist , don’t count on him.
Was extremely anxious for my appointment to have a molar extracted but Dr. Lee and his assistant were very calm and empathetic- they assured me all would go well and it didnwith minimal discomfort. My recovery is excellent.
