We had such an amazing experience at Dentistry for Kids in Ajax! From the moment we walked in, the entire team was incredibly welcoming, kind, and patient. They truly go above and beyond to make kids (and parents!) feel comfortable and at ease. Initially, this office was wonderful—until insurance paperwork was required. The doctor examined my chipped tooth and explicitly admitted he wasn’t sure if it was a real tooth fracture or an old filling. However, instead of running standard diagnostic testing to find out, the office staff stepped in. Because I was a new patient, the staff treated me with immediate suspicion, telling me "we don't know you" and warning the doctor to "be careful." Came with my family for a filling. I have to admit, we got the best service possible. They didn't charge for unnecessary procedures and the staff were very respectful (reception all the way to the Dentist) definitely recommend. I'm coming in to get my teeth done today :)
I had an emergency appointment today with Dr.B. I found him to be very knowledgeable, and took his time to explaine everything. I appreciated this practice fitting me in right away. I would not hesitate to have Dr.B as my Dentist going forward.
Visited for my family for general checkup. The services was impressive and experience was fantastic. Again Dr. Adi Walia is a best. He was very friendly and humble. It was a great experience and entire team was excellent. Much recommended dentistry in Ajax.
