Everyone who works here is so incredibly nice and friendly, from when I first called and booked my first appointment, to whenever I walk in and out of those doors. Dr. Jimmy is hilarious and always creates a positive and fun experience with his assistants and patients, and I somehow always dose off comfortably when they're working on my teeth. My Dr Colin is the most amazing dentist. Very pleasant, good natured and very skilled at what he does. When he retires shortly, I’ll have to find a bridge to jump off of. Lastly, Dr Colin is very honest and has a great sense of humour which takes the edge off of visiting the dentist office. He will be retiring soon and then thats when I’m going to have to find a bridge to jump off of!Â
I had a Root Canal done with Dr. Jimmy on Jan 20/26. He was very kind and patient as I am elderly. Since then I have felt no pain at all and am extremely happy with both Dr. Jimmy and his staff. Thank you to all who made this experience tolerable and painless.Â
Doctor Rob was nice, informative and sweet, hygienist was shameful. And reception was also incredibly rude to me over the the phone for asking simple questione about insurance and shamed and was rude to me for cancelling. On top of that, they act like the MOB when you cancel asking where your going instead like they'd break my knee caps.
