I had a problem with my dental implant and called Dr. Aptekar's office. They were able to accommodate me the very next day, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Allen Aptekar quickly identified the issue and resolved it efficiently. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He and his assistant thoroughly explained the procedure after examining the implant and then proceeded to secure the loose crown. Recently started to go to this dental office-not based on any recommendations but reviews were excellent. They weren’t wrong-only my 2nd visit and extremely pleased w the professionalism, knowledge and care for the patient. Don’t recommend services not needed-take care w all explanations of services to be performed and always checked throughout procedure to explain steps. The doctor is amazing-caring and expertise is first class. Hygienist is efficient-professional and caring. Highly recommend
Amazing and precise dental care. Total care from beginning to end. There are dentists and then there are "dentists". Some are rated 5 stars, which is not what I call real 5 Star ratings, based on my experience elsewhere. Dr Herzog gets 10 stars, she is someone who cares about her patients. Total efficiency, gentle care, expert care. Definitely worth the drive for us. Have been going to Denistry in Oak Ridges for over 20 years. Fantastic dentists, hygienists and front desk staff. They are very professional and highly skilled. I have always received great dental service for simple cleanings to more complex procedures like root canals or implants. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommended this practice to family and friends.
Wonderful doctors, clean atmosphere and very helpful staff. Dr. Herzog went above and beyond for my dental treatment and she doesn't see patients as sources to make money from, she actually sees them and sees them as humans. I even requested to hug her after my appointment. I had a very good experience.
