We are long time patients of Dr. Mike Rocca DDS and have always been happy with him and his team. Last Saturday Jan. 31st, I broke off a Lateral Incisor. I called on Monday morning and the always pleasant Heather said they had a cancellation at 11:30 that morning so I took it. Dr. Rocca and Shannon rebuilt that incisor, I was out of there in about an hour! Amazing and Impressive! A shiny new and working tooth in that time by this Expert and Proficient Team! . . . and I'm a happy patient.
Dr Rocca, in my opinion is the BEST Dentist in our surrounding area, Very friendly and Professional. I was VERY pleased with my appointment. I will always recommend Him if asked if anyone is in need of a dentist. The entire staff is amazing, and make you feel very comfortable. It's nice to have a place you can count on when it comes to seeing a dentist.
The staff is super friendly. I had bad experiences at my last dentist and they were very reassuring and checked up on me after everything they did.
I found this dental office to be very professional with a friendly, cheerful atmosphere. I was very comfortable with everyone I came in contact with. They gave thorough explanations on what needed to be done, made sure I was doing well throughout the procedure and did not rush through anything. They did not try to upsell me on having more work done than was necessary. There are several dental offices to choose from in our town - I would always recommend Dentistry in Wallaceburg first.
Should b Zero stars. Braces are constantly falling off. Only open for appointment 2 days a week? Waiting more than a week to fix something. Availability for emergency would be ideal aka walk in, if there is a problem with the service that was not provided.
