I cannot recommend this dentistry office enough From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is instantly welcoming and calming. Everyone, from the first friendly face at the counter to all the people you meet during your visit, is absolutely fantastic. Cathy B overcharged our bill. However, Veronica V, the office manager, promptly contacted my insurance company and resolved everything. She followed up with a refund cheque, which I appreciated. On a positive note, Kadey R., the dental hygienist, was excellent. She did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. Thank you—keep up the great work!
I had the wrong time in my agenda for my dental appointment, so the staff at Dentistry on Bank had to change around several other appointments to accommodate me. They were so helpful and professional. Kudos to the front desk staff. As well, Dr. Fournier has been my dentist for 20 years, and I have been glad to be her patient. She is calm, organized, skilled (and friendly!).
