I had a great experience at the dentist today, thanks to Rachel! She did an amazing job with my cleaning—thorough, gentle, and professional. On top of that, she has a fantastic personality that made the whole experience so much more pleasant. She was friendly, engaging, and made me feel completely at ease. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at the dentist. Highly recommend Rachel for anyone looking for great care. Thanks
Both Rachel and Nikki make sure that the patients are aware of what they are trying to accomplish for the session, and I appreciate that. I usually do not look forward to going to the dentist however my experience at Dentistry on Elgin has been 10/10. The staff is always very professional in conduct and at their job responsibilities as well. I appreciate the explanations for what work needs to be completed and how to improve my already healthy teeth/gums.
I would give this dental place 5 stars, to ladies at the front desk we’re awesome from the time I walked in until the time I left. Also Rachel the hygienist was awesome, she explained everything that she was doing in my appointment and make sure I was comfortable Also the dentist Dr Robba Dally she was amazing I would recommend this place. I recently attended Dentistry on Elgin for the first time as I broke a tooth. I didn't have a dentist in the area so I reached out to them randomly. I'm so grateful that I chose this office. From reception to support staff and three different dentists I saw in treating my condition over the past week or so, I've been universally impressed. Excellent dental experience, everyone is super professional and kind, from the moment you walk in until you finish your dental appointment. Staff are so kind and very friendly. My family been coming here and we felt welcome. Here the photo of my 3 year old son , his first time smile visit and he really loved coming here.
