My 7 year old daughter had her first tooth fixed today with Dr. Amy Cao. Amy is unbelievably amazing with kids. I was shocked on how well my daughter handled everything, but I know this was all because of Amy with the way she explained everything to her with so much care and compassion. My daughter is happy to go back to her next appointment. Thank you Dr. Amy Cao!

Love the work and hospitality of all the staff at this location. Very happy with the results of my teeth. They also make sure you feel calm and confident in your appointment and their skills

I had a great experience at the dentist today, thanks to Rachel! She did an amazing job with my cleaning—thorough, gentle, and professional. On top of that, she has a fantastic personality that made the whole experience so much more pleasant. She was friendly, engaging, and made me feel completely at ease. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at the dentist. Highly recommend Rachel for anyone looking for great care. Thanks

Unprofessional and unreliable. They cancel appointments without notifying patients, causing wasted time and frustration. I do not recommend this dentistry. I am never coming back again.

Both Rachel and Nikki make sure that the patients are aware of what they are trying to accomplish for the session, and I appreciate that. I usually do not look forward to going to the dentist however my experience at Dentistry on Elgin has been 10/10. The staff is always very professional in conduct and at their job responsibilities as well. I appreciate the explanations for what work needs to be completed and how to improve my already healthy teeth/gums.
