This is a great clinic. Chris is a fantastic hygenist, very quick and pleasant to chat with. I've never had a bad hygenist here, all have been pleasant, gentle in their techniques, and non-judgemental. Dr. Karr is also delightful, she's very friendly, and happy to answer questions. I saw the same dentist for 25+ years and was nervous to switch when I moved to Pickering but I have no regrets.
I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with your billing process. While I must commend Dr. Anna for their excellent care, I do have some concerns that I would like to address. I am extremely frustrated and upset that I had to pay $754 out of pocket as this amount was not covered by Manulife. When I came in for my initial appointment back in November, Dentistry should have sent a pre-approval request to Manulife to determine what was covered under my dental plan prior to yesterday’s appointment.
