This is a great clinic. Chris is a fantastic hygenist, very quick and pleasant to chat with. I've never had a bad hygenist here, all have been pleasant, gentle in their techniques, and non-judgemental. Dr. Karr is also delightful, she's very friendly, and happy to answer questions. I saw the same dentist for 25+ years and was nervous to switch when I moved to Pickering but I have no regrets.
I have been to four dental offices over my life and this is BY FAR the best one - everyone here is incredibly kind, helpful, and operate with integrity (receptionists, hygienists, dentists - very positive experiences with all of them). Very happy we chose this dental office when we moved to Pickering. Dr. Karr is my primary dentist and my experience has been great - she ensures patients are well informed to make decisions. Definitely recommend this office.

I recently visited Dentistry on Liverpool with my almost 5 year old son, and while our experience had its positives, there were some frustrating moments worth sharing. We scheduled our appointments 20 minutes apart so I could support my son during his visit. However, there was confusion at the front desk regarding our timing, leading to my son being called in first, which made me anxious about his comfort. I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with your billing process. While I must commend Dr. Anna for their excellent care, I do have some concerns that I would like to address. I am extremely frustrated and upset that I had to pay $754 out of pocket as this amount was not covered by Manulife.
