Great experience during my first visit. Very kind and professional staff. I've never had a healthcare profession be as open and willing to explain things to me as the dentist that saw me at this clinic. Clean, modern building, and even has parking. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but this clinic definitely makes it far less painful than it can be.
I am very pleased with my dental cleaning service. The hygienist Monisha , is extremely professional and attentive, and took great care of me throughout the appointment. I can clearly see the results and am very satisfied with the quality of care provided. Thank you to the entire dental team.
I booked appointments twice but cancelled both times because the clinic asked for extra charges without clear explanation, even though other dental clinics confirmed the same procedures were fully covered by my insurance. I have been to four dental offices over my life and this is BY FAR the best one - everyone here is incredibly kind, helpful, and operate with integrity (receptionists, hygienists, dentists - very positive experiences with all of them). Very happy we chose this dental office when we moved to Pickering. Dr. Karr is my primary dentist and my experience has been great - she ensures patients are well informed to make decisions. Definitely recommend this office.
