This is a great clinic. Chris is a fantastic hygenist, very quick and pleasant to chat with. I've never had a bad hygenist here, all have been pleasant, gentle in their techniques, and non-judgemental. Dr. Karr is also delightful, she's very friendly, and happy to answer questions. I saw the same dentist for 25+ years and was nervous to switch when I moved to Pickering but I have no regrets.
Floss-some office! The dentists and staff are crown-worthy and incisor-ably skilled. They make every visit comfortable and really know how to set you up for a confident smile. I came for a check-up and left knowing my teeth are in better hands than my jokes! Two thumbs up!
Katrina was my hygienist today! She was very personable, friendly and very efficient and professional while she cleaned my teeth. I would ask for her again next time! Great job Katrina! I was having anxiety before I got there but you put me at ease!
I recently visited Dentistry on Liverpool with my almost 5 year old son, and while our experience had its positives, there were some frustrating moments worth sharing. We scheduled our appointments 20 minutes apart so I could support my son during his visit. However, there was confusion at the front desk regarding our timing, leading to my son being called in first, which made me anxious about his comfort. Oh my God, Dr. ANNA was so caring and lovely. Chris was amazing. I have not had my teeth cleaned in many years and they were very kind and caring and respectful and it did not hurt at all so I was very happy with the results. I looked so much better. My mouth felt so much better. I highly recommend them.
