This is a great clinic. Chris is a fantastic hygenist, very quick and pleasant to chat with. I've never had a bad hygenist here, all have been pleasant, gentle in their techniques, and non-judgemental. Dr. Karr is also delightful, she's very friendly, and happy to answer questions. I saw the same dentist for 25+ years and was nervous to switch when I moved to Pickering but I have no regrets.
I have been to four dental offices over my life and this is BY FAR the best one - everyone here is incredibly kind, helpful, and operate with integrity (receptionists, hygienists, dentists - very positive experiences with all of them). Very happy we chose this dental office when we moved to Pickering. Dr. Karr is my primary dentist and my experience has been great - she ensures patients are well informed to make decisions. Definitely recommend this office.
Katrina was my hygienist today! She was very personable, friendly and very efficient and professional while she cleaned my teeth. I would ask for her again next time! Great job Katrina! I was having anxiety before I got there but you put me at ease!
I just cant say enough good things about this dentistry.I just suffered a lot of pain after having knee replacement surgery and during the night i must have done a lot of teeth clenching. This was a cause of back tooth splitting. With additional pain I called the dentistry about this and Sabina (hope I spelled Ok) sympathized with me and took total control of of my situation by calling knee surgeon regarding antibiotics usage prior to tooth extraction.
