I recently visited Dentistry on Liverpool with my almost 5 year old son, and while our experience had its positives, there were some frustrating moments worth sharing. We scheduled our appointments 20 minutes apart so I could support my son during his visit. However, there was confusion at the front desk regarding our timing, leading to my son being called in first, which made me anxious about his comfort. I am a new patient so this is my first impression. The ambiance in the office is amazing and when you walk in it feels so grand. At my first appointment, they were extremely thorough. They mapped my entire mouth with notes on every tooth and its hidtory. I have only had 3 dentist in my life and have never experienced this much detail. I appreciated the process. I feel taken care of and I trust them with my mouth. I am excited to be a patient and look forward to my next appointment!
Oh my God, Dr. ANNA was so caring and lovely. Chris was amazing. I have not had my teeth cleaned in many years and they were very kind and caring and respectful and it did not hurt at all so I was very happy with the results. I looked so much better. My mouth felt so much better. I highly recommend them.
My visit was great from receptionist, hygienist and dentist. I love the guided instructions I received in coming in regularly to avoid plaque build up. They advised me that my plan covers me more often than I thought, so will definately be going in more often. My mouth and teeth are happy 😃.
Everyone is lovely and efficient. I just feel if my insurance covers hundreds for my visit and $5 is still owing they shouldn't be asking for the $5, it feels petty. Perhaps anything under $10 can be waved.
