I had a wonderful experience at Dentistry on Norfolk South with Dr. Nikita and her fabulous team. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The dentist took the time to explain what he was doing as well as what he would recommend. I also like that he took the time to ask me if I had and questions. My hygienist was very friendly and very good at her job. You can tell she likes to make the patient feel comfortable. Even the ladies in reception are great. I would definitely recommend them.
After my Dentist of 40 years retired I went to Dentistry on Norfolk South. Lots of parking on both Norfolk Street and off Kent Street. Very bright and welcoming office. Makes you feel good just walking in a restored Big Family home renovated and providing a centre to Service People. All up to date technology, welcoming reception staff, comfortable waiting area....and great personal service.. appointment on time. No long waits. I would recommend this business to anyone looking fo caring, efficient, and Professional Service
If there is such a thing as a good experience with X-rays and a cleaning, then I had one with the lovely Kaitlin. She is gentle yet firm and the X-ray bitewings? usually hurt when I bite down. Not this time. And I had 0 cavities so it was a great experience with Norfolk Dentistry! Plus I appreciate they do not charge over and above senior dental plans that most dentists do in our area Well that’s it. Thank you Kaitlin ya done good!
Well now I was not quite sure after after Dr Jay retired if I would continue there but I was very impressed with Dr Lall. He was very gentle and pleasant explaining things to me. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him and the staff there were also very pleasant. Overall great experience!
