I have been there several times for teeth cleaning as well as for my wisdom teeth surgery. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and professional. The treatment was excellent, and they made sure to follow up properly with appointments. Overall, I had a very good experience and felt well taken care of.
I had a really great experience at Norfolk Family Dentistry. The staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the whole clinic felt clean, professional, and comfortable. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt relaxed during the appointment. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and not just rushing people through. Nice clean office. Professional but yet friendly and welcoming. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease. This is the first tooth extraction that I have had that was smooth and I was not in pain. This is a huge deal as I struggle with freezings working properly. Fair and competitive prices.
My appointment was so enjoyable. Lenore at admin welcomed me in right away. My Hygienist Sheri is so caring and attentive to my needs. She is truly a master at what she does. Her kindness and professionalism is so incredible. I highly recommend her. My Dentist Nikita was kind and efficient. Everyone in this office is so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for having me.
I love going to this dentist. From the moment I enter to the time I leave I always get friendly staff greeting me and making me feel relaxed. I’ve never had a bad experience. Whether it be cleanings, fillings or anything I had done I always get treated with care and kindness. So thankful to have found a great dentist.
