I have been there several times for teeth cleaning as well as for my wisdom teeth surgery. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and professional. The treatment was excellent, and they made sure to follow up properly with appointments. Overall, I had a very good experience and felt well taken care of.
I had a really great experience at Norfolk Family Dentistry. The staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the whole clinic felt clean, professional, and comfortable. Excellent experience for a dental procedure. The hygienist was so friendly and down to earth, and she was funny too. Dr Thu was very warm and I could tell he really loved his profession. Even the secretaries were friendly and helpful. I had a reaction to an antibiotic and they got right on it to find one my body didn't reject. A memorable experience for sure
July 2026: The reception staff were very polite, helpful and professional. My hygienist was also polite, professional and very patient with me as I have tooth sensitivity. She did an excellent cleaning job and understood my needs.
Nice clean office. Professional but yet friendly and welcoming. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease. This is the first tooth extraction that I have had that was smooth and I was not in pain. This is a huge deal as I struggle with freezings working properly. Fair and competitive prices.
