I came in expecting pain, fear, and regret… and somehow left smiling. Suspicious. The dentist said “You’ll feel a little pressure,” and for once, they didn’t lie. My teeth were treated better than I treat myself. The staff was so friendly it almost made me forget I was in a chair that normally triggers fight-or-flight. They explained everything calmly while I was mentally preparing for the worst — very rude of them to be that reassuring. The staff are always polite, accommodating, and personable. The dentists have always given me top quality care and addressed all my concerns, whether during a routine or emergency visit. The technicians give great practical and effective advice and the cleanings are very comfortable. ♥️
Very great dentist office. Staff are so kind and informative. They actually care and walk you through the process of things occurring which is a big thing in health care and something that is often missed. Highly recommend!
From the moment i walked in, i felt welcome and at ease. The front desk were friendly and professional and the clinic itself is clean,modern and comfortable. The appointment ran on time, and they offer direct billing,which made things super easy. Dr kaur took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure i was comfortable throughout my visit. I needed a new dentist after relocating to Kingston and Dentistry on Queen had such great reviews! My cleaning was absolutely immaculate and Margot educated me on my gums, how they should look and optimal care for them. Best cleaning I’ve ever had. They also suggested that I get a night guard as a result of the thorough exam of my teeth and was transparent around how insurance would be processed. Can’t wait to go back and I’m happy I trusted them with my dental needs!
