This was my first visit for cleaning. I have very sensitive teeth and was dreading it because I never liked the electric cleaning tool. I liked their holistic approach and cleaning was done manually. Thanks to Suzannah! Very friendly environment. I subsequently had a new patient exam by Dr. Cloth which was extremely thorough. Had a wonderful appt with Kay. she’s extremely patient and kind. Took her time to welcome me and ask if I had any holiday plans before starting my cleaning. Dr. Cloth stepped in afterwards and everything went smooth- no cavities, woo! The front desk staff are also always very welcoming and helpful by scheduling my upcoming appts before I leave, ensuring I’m visiting regularly! Can’t see myself going to any other dentistry. Huge thank you to the staff here for being awesome!
When I walked through the door I was warmly welcomed by Dr. Cloth's receptionist. Since I was having pain in one of my teeth, I was given an appointment the same day.
