I had a wonderful experience at the dental clinic this afternoon. Teresa deserves special praise for always being so kind, gentle, and reassuring throughout every visit. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really helps make the experience comfortable and stress-free. Truly appreciate the excellent care and friendly staff!
The front staff are friendly but completely disorganized and messy. The amount of cancellations was getting ridiculous. The excuse (even with an appointment booked ONE YEAR in advance) was the hygienist “wasn’t in” or “has the day off”. My first visit to dentistry@ Perth and they were very friendly and welcoming. I had my hygiene appointment done by Maria, which was the best cleaning I’ve had since I can remember. She explained every process and carried out the cleaning with precision and care. Definitely be back!
I have decided to leave this place. They don’t respect their clients needs and after we booked our appointments months in advance, they cancelled our appointments and the hygienist had an appointment then when I requested another appointment for me and my husband, they said we were on a waiting list. When I tried to convey the need to have our routine clean appointments on time, the receptionist was rude. The hygienists and receptionists are good, but I had two dentists tell me I was grinding my teeth really badly and should get a mouth guard, possibly an expensive, custom one. I went to another dentist and was told I had no problem with teeth grinding. Definitely get a second opinion before getting any work done.
