I have had a positive experience here each time I have gone. They were very patient with my child when he was having dentist anxiety, and got us in touch with resources when needed. They were also very reassuring when I had a wisdom tooth removed. Very kind staff!
I haven't been to the dentist in probably over a decade & I've tried to go to other places but the communication wasn't there. With Riverview it feels like a close knit group of dentists & they make everything quite comfortable. Such a friendly and hands on staff. Don't think I could of found a better place help change my outlook on going to the dentist. Trust that they actually care about helping you with whatever issues you're having 🙏
I am Ranjit . I had best experience at this dentistry. Staff was so nice and they treated me very well. I had pain in my tooth bcz of cavities. They gave me appointment after three weeks but I requested them to make it early and they just extract my tooth after 3 days of my checkup. Dr.Bains was so easy on my teeth and she did not let me have too much pain. She was giving me strength while extracting my teeth .
I normally go to Dentistry @ Kingston, and was recommended by that location to reach out to Riverview for a semi-urgent evaluation - Malia (I apologize if I am getting the name wrong) was SO helpful in squeezing me in last minute. Dr. Baines was kind and thorough, walking me through possibilities and next steps. Thank you to the Riverview team for excellent customer service and client care!
Took my daughter there (6 yo) for her first visit. She was nervous but had absolutely nothing but great things to say leaving this office. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Absolutely recommend this dentistry! (She’s just holding the chair arms, not gripping for dear life haha)
