The happy friendly staff, welcomed me with friendly smiles. The caring, gentile treatment made series of dental treatment for teeth cleaning and fillings, a good if not a fun experience. My teeth and my van have been checked, I am now ready for my winter away in the southern USA.
The management and staff are very kind and attentive. On my subsequent appointment, my hygienist was Kayla. She is a very pleasant and knowledgeable young lady who is keen on making the client comfortable and is also very informed regarding dental tips. She is surely an asset to her position. She made me feel at ease during my appointment. 🌸
I have had a positive experience here each time I have gone. They were very patient with my child when he was having dentist anxiety, and got us in touch with resources when needed. They were also very reassuring when I had a wisdom tooth removed. Very kind staff!
Love.Love.Love. This place! Kayla is the absolute BEST hygienist, Malana and Jackie are super friendly and are amazing at getting us in and out, and both Dr. Bains’ (husband and wife) are fantastic at what they do! Everyone is amazing😊 After an initial chat with Dr.Bains during our first my children brush and floss nightly without being asked🙌. Couldn’t ask for a better spot!
I haven't been to the dentist in probably over a decade & I've tried to go to other places but the communication wasn't there. With Riverview it feels like a close knit group of dentists & they make everything quite comfortable. Such a friendly and hands on staff. Don't think I could of found a better place help change my outlook on going to the dentist. Trust that they actually care about helping you with whatever issues you're having 🙏
