I can’t say enough good things about this dental clinic! The entire team is incredibly kind, caring, and truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and professionalism. The dentist is not only highly skilled but also genuinely compassionate. You can tell they really care about their patients' well-being. My son has visited this location for several years and is always comforted by the kindness. Highly recommend!
The best dentist office in Canada and I have been to quite a few. I am terrified anything related to dentistry. Dr. Bains explained everything to me. He may seem rude but he is just very precise and to the point. He does not mince words. This visit i needed full oral surgery. They offer awake sedate and it was perfect. I did not feel a thing. It was perfect. The front desk, Malana, is also super friendly and very welcoming. I would grant 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much. Michael G
Wonderful staff, extremely personable yet professional and excellent at what they do. They give you a moment if you need one, if you feel any pain they stop, and you are informed on what is being done. As well, appointments are easy to book and reschedule. My partner and I have been going to this dental office for two years and we have not had one remotely bad experience.
Very friendly staff, I had an appointment the next day after calling, very clean and professional. They listened to my concerns and focused on what was important to me, which I've had issues with dentist in the past ignoring my concerns. Would recommend to anyone!
Fabulous. Took excellent care of my mom who has dementia and even accommodated her wheel chair. Quick procedure as well. Friendly and courteous. Highly recommended to
