I had an excellent experience at this dental specialist’s office. The office staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming, and the clinic was very clean and well organized. Dr. Kiavash Hossini was highly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He was attentive and supportive throughout the surgery and continued to show care afterward to ensure a smooth recovery. First time visit and I found the front staff to be excellent. Both went above and beyond expectations to ensure there were no issues switching to this new dentist for me. The hygienist was so good I almost nodded off twice ( never felt a thing) and my new dentist is polite, friendly and very professional
I had a very frustrating experience at this clinic. I visited Point Grey Dental about two years ago because I needed a new filling. Instead, they told me I needed a root canal redone—even though I had no symptoms and had the procedure done just a few years prior. They did a CT scan and multiple X-rays to create an estimate, which was quite expensive, but assured me my insurance would cover 80% of the cost. Dr. Hosseini and Dr. Kashani are professional, friendly, and caring. The clinic has a warm, modern feel and all the staff are welcoming. Even though it’s far from us, my whole family comes here because the service is excellent. Highly recommend!
