Second appointment for my son since moving to the high desert. My son is always extremely comfortable, the women there are very sweet & friendly with my kid & all the kids I’ve seen when I been there. Dr. Williams is always thorough, professional and is able to tell me what I can do to better my son’s oral hygiene. My son gets a certificate every time he is cavity free & it really motivates him to be on top of his teeth. They’re also very quick there as well which I appreciate, my appointments are always on time.
Our dr is so friendly I have 3 little kids 5 4 and a 1 year old. We’ve been coming for the past two years and have nothing, but good things to say. He’s fast and thorough at the same time. As a mom of 3 boys I appreciate. He takes all concerns seriously and offers support and tools to make sure your kids teeth remain healthy and making it easier on you. 10/10 LOVE
Dr. William should not be working with children. He labeled my daughter as “uncooperative” and refused to continue services, but my daughter simply likes to talk. She is a very friendly little girl and naturally a talker. He said he would not work on a child who behaves that way. He also told me that what I consider a well-behaved or compliant child is not the same definition he uses. Before this incident, he told me my daughter had four cavities. While the front staff was kind and welcoming, the assistance who helped us was very impatient and bothered. My son has sensory oral aversions and gags often for various reasons. Understandable that when dental tools are in his mouth he struggles to keep his tongue still and gags, something out of physical control. This assistant kept repeating directions over and over to the excess of 50x unable to understand he wasn't doing it on purpose. She was also huffing and puffing and very visibly annoyed.
