I had a genuinely great experience at Diamond Denta and can’t recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, clean, and welcoming. A truly amazing dental office all around, from the waiting room & front staff to the hygienist and dentists. I saw Dr. Renzi yesterday for a tooth extraction and small filling, and with some extensive anxiety from previous experiences (not from diamond dental) Dr. Renzi and Char, his wonderful assistant, assisted me with some nitrus, froze me up and the procedure went on without any issue. I broke a tooth on Sunday night and called my dentist of 15 yrs and was told they couldn't see me until July 16. Needless to say, I wasn't impressed. I then did some looking and learned about Diamond Dental and their great reputation. I called and they got me in the same day. I arrived at the clinic and was immediately impressed by the greeting and the office itself. I convinced my daughter to go to this dental clinic but I’m very disappointed because she was not properly informed about the payment or cost of the treatment. She was only became aware of the charges after the service had already been completed. They are covered 100% under CDCP. We are aware that there’s a bit difference on the price depends on the dental clinic but she was informed on the other treatment that they do.
