My appointment was for 10:45 AM and I was received with no delays. I had 3-D imaging done and this was a great experience. Dr Fortino went over the x-rays of the 3-D imaging and showed me that I had a fracture in one of my molar teeth. The staff was very courteous, polite, and was very friendly. I would recommend Doc+ With no hesitation.

I had a great experience at DOC+. The receptionists were very welcoming and accommodating, working with my schedule to make everything easy. The staff took excellent care of me throughout my visit. Dr. Fortinio was very professional and thorough—he explained my case clearly, answered all of my questions, and laid out all my options in a way I could understand. I truly felt well cared for and informed. Highly recommend!

I had a referral for wisdom tooth surgery at Doc Plus and was very disappointed. When I booked my appointment back in July for September 27, I told them I was on the Canadian Dental Care Plan. The receptionist said that if they didn’t receive the preauthorization letter from insurance, I would have to pay the full cost out of pocket on the day of the appointment, and that it could take up to 20 business days to get the letter. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I couldn’t be happier with this clinic! The level of professionalism and care is absolutely outstanding — everything was done quickly, painlessly, and with incredible attention to detail. The staff made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish, and the results exceeded all my expectations. This is by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend this clinic to everyone!

Excellent initial visit experience. On time, professional & personable staff & all took the time to explain what they were doing & what my options were. Not looking forward to the procedure but pretty confident I'll be in good hands ! Since had the procedure, all went well. All four visits have been consistently professional. Highly recommend Dr. Fortino & his staff.
