I had a great experience at DOC+. The receptionists were very welcoming and accommodating, working with my schedule to make everything easy. The staff took excellent care of me throughout my visit. Dr. Fortinio was very professional and thorough—he explained my case clearly, answered all of my questions, and laid out all my options in a way I could understand. I truly felt well cared for and informed. Highly recommend!
My appointment was for 10:45 AM and I was received with no delays. I had 3-D imaging done and this was a great experience. Dr Fortino went over the x-rays of the 3-D imaging and showed me that I had a fracture in one of my molar teeth. The staff was very courteous, polite, and was very friendly. I would recommend Doc+ With no hesitation.
I had a referral for wisdom tooth surgery at Doc Plus and was very disappointed. When I booked my appointment back in July for September 27, I told them I was on the Canadian Dental Care Plan. The receptionist said that if they didn’t receive the preauthorization letter from insurance, I would have to pay the full cost out of pocket on the day of the appointment, and that it could take up to 20 business days to get the letter. Never having had root canal surgery before l did not know what to expect. However, Dr. Hengameh AND Nurse Jess quickly eased my concerns as the procedure went forward. In fact I was so comfortable and at ease I think I fell asleep for an instant. The front staff were also very friendly and helpful.
The clinical experience was superb. My dentist and her assistant were highly professional and made me feel comfofrtable throughout my time in the chair. In fact, I fell asleep in the middle of root canal procedures on two adjacent teeth. I could not be happier with the clinical staff.
