I wish I could give DOC+ well over a five star rating.. Last summer was when it all started when I had taken a complex client (brand new patient) to consult with Dr Fortnio, the client is very complex, it was difficult to find a center that would take this client on due to his complexity/uncontrolled behaviours and history .. I want to personally thank every staff member in that office for taking me in to do an emergency extraction after office hours and doing things in such a fast, efficient and professional manner. Every single person in that office from the receptionist to the assistants to the Periodontist were just incredible. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Worked well around my hearing disability. Explained what was planned for the visit and then what the outcome and future appointment would entail. Everyone approachable. professional and took the time to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend. It is also so nice to have the practice local and not in Barrie.

I wish I could give DOC+ more than just five stars! They deserve a million! From the minute we arrived for our consultation everybody in the office made my Mom, who suffers from Medical PTSD, feel SO comfortable and at ease. The front desk staff patiently dealt with our CDCP Insurance questions. The Patient Coordinators answered all of our medical concerns. I had a great experience with my gum graft yesterday. Everything went smoothly, doctor Fortino was very nice and gentle. He explained the procedure step by step, which made me feel comfortable the entire time. His assistants were very friendly. Scheduling on a Saturday works well for me too. I am looking forward to seeing the end results in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend this office.
