I am so grateful for Dr Daniel Fortino accommodating me for what was an URGENT oral surgery that my own hometown city of SSM ON could not do. We drove 7 hrs to Collingwood and Dr Daniel Fortino made me feel comfortable and reduce my fear. Before I knew it, the procedure was over, front tooth extraction, bone graft & a Dental Implant all done in one appointment. My procedure was explained in advance so that I knew and understood what to expect. Dr. Fortino and his assistant did an excellent job of explaining every step as the procedure was carried out. I felt that I was in excellent hands throughout. Highly recommended!

6 days after my surgery, I was experiencing a lot of pain. After leaving 2 messages, I finally spoke to reception and was told that the surgeon was out for the next two days, but that his brother was filling in. I was told they would email the surgeon with my concerns and get back to me, as he responds quickly. It’s been 6 more days, and I have yet to receive a call or email. With the cost of removing one tooth, I would like to think that I would receive better after care.

Busy office, but organized. The staff is pleasant and professional. I had a quick consultation two days before to explain the whole procedure. On the day of the surgery, all the doctors greet you and walk you through the plan. My surgery went well and I didn't feel anything, which is great considering that I get nervous just sitting in a dentist chair. As good as everything has gone, I hope that I don't have to do this again. Thank you for taking care of me.
