Very professional from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, took the time to explain everything from the procedure to the billing. I would recommend DOC to anyone. Thanks & will see you in June. Had my appointment June 1 & it was amazing. Unfortunately had to have a back tooth pulled but from the time the dentist put the needles into my mouth to pulling the tooth was less than 5 minutes & didn't even realize the tooth was out! My entire experience under the care of Dr Fortino has been excellent. I needed unexpected follow up appointments after my initial procedure, and his staff were quick to fit me in and took great care of me, at no additional cost. I couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you so much!
Dr Bakhtiar was very professional and polite and she did a great job. All the other staff from reception to the assistants were very friendly, professional, on time and very knowledgeable. It was nice and quiet while she did the work. A couple of times, I almost fell asleep. I hope that I don't have to have your services anymore:)
The personnel working at Doc Plus are super kind and professional. The procedures are well explained and staff is always ready and informed to respond to any questions. Through their thoughtfulness and dedication they obtained an emergency false tooth for me in less than 24 hours including design, construction and delivery. An incredible accomplishment.
Nicely greeted upon arrival, great welcoming staff and doctors that explain and answer any questions that you may have. The actual appointment went great, very professional and very skilled. Fantastic doctors and fantastic team as they followed up the following day. Really keeps your mind at ease during the whole process. All and all a very great experience. Thanks so much!!
