With the experience of living in Red Deer for 30 years from the age of 18 years old. I can honestly say that, this Is by far by miles the very best Dental Clinic I've been to anywhere in Central Alberta for that matter. I had major dental work done, there was no just 1 filling I had multiple extractions along with other major work. This was the best dentist experience I have experienced. Got me in for an emergency appointment the same day I called in. Staff was very professional and kept the atmosphere calming for anyone that would have any type of anxiety or fear of dentistry work. Never felt any pain or discomfort during the appointments. Thought very highly of Dr Reza and didn’t feel any discomfort after all my dental work was done. Cleaning was excellent and very knowledgeable staff in answering any questions or concerns. Dr. Reza has a very calming presence and an obvious concern for my dental care. He is very competent and thorough. Plus he kept me informed of what he was doing as he worked on my teeth. I arrived with two major cap and crown issues, he fixed them both in house without having to refer me out and they look and feel great. I recommend him for anyone who is looking for a dentist.
Wonderful staff all around, for someone who has serious dentist anxiety they were kind and accommodating. Great experience and I would recommend this clinic to anyone who’s looking for a great dentist and hygienist, not to mention the wonderful clinic manager and staff on the front desk.
I hate to leave a bad review but I feel obligated to do so .I had a very negative experience at this dental office. The dental hygienist was apparently a "Temp" so this was used as an excuse for his condescending ,rude behavior. I was shamed and told that because I was 15 minutes late for my appointment, I could only get a partial cleaning done. Of course, that's on me but his behavior is not.
