Doctor Hala and her team are exceptional. Dr. Hala is incredibly professional and she is a perfectionist when it comes to her procedures. Her precision is amazing without putting a patient through a lot of discomfort. Beyond the professionalism, the team is a group of extremely good people. When they were times that I had to bring my daughter to my appointment they were very accommodating while I got my procedure done.
I don’t even know where to begin. The receptionist who was wearing a mask was extremely rude and arrogant. I was asking her about the meaning of some words in the form I had to fill out before seeing the doctor, but she was speaking quickly and her voice was muffled. I politely asked if she could please lower her mask a little because I couldn’t hear her clearly, and she just stared at me in silence. The office has a positive, welcoming environment that puts you at ease when you walk in. The staff is accommodating and helpful. They are flexible with scheduling and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable throughout procedures. The team clearly cares about their patients, and it shows in how they treat you. I would recommend Doon Village Dental to anyone looking for a dental practice that combines quality care with genuinely friendly, accommodating service.
Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I had a 1 PM appointment, arrived early at 12:50, and still wasn’t seen by 1:20 PM. I had clearly informed the clinic in advance that I was coming during work hours and had a meeting at 2 PM. Yet no one had the courtesy to inform me of any delay, offer to reschedule, or even acknowledge the situation. What a team work!!! I have just moved in the area, and had seen them on Google, however when time came for me to find a dental visit, I could not find them. I almost gave up and picked another dental clinic. Decided to give one last try on Google and my luck there it was.
