I visited this Dental clinic recently for a dental crown placement and was warmly greeted by the receptionist. The communication at the reception counter was clear and all my queries were answered clearly. I arrived in time and was promptly seen by Dr. Mohita, who along with her team made me seated comfortably in the dental chair. Doctor Hala and her team are exceptional. Dr. Hala is incredibly professional and she is a perfectionist when it comes to her procedures. Her precision is amazing without putting a patient through a lot of discomfort. Beyond the professionalism, the team is a group of extremely good people. When they were times that I had to bring my daughter to my appointment they were very accommodating while I got my procedure done.

I recently started to go to doon village dental. I dislike dentist, with lots of bad experiences in the past. Dr. Kazbar is amazing. She explains everything, she gives you breaks, she is simply so nice and understanding. The whole team is great. I don’t plan to ever go to another dentist.

I don’t even know where to begin. The receptionist who was wearing a mask was extremely rude and arrogant. I was asking her about the meaning of some words in the form I had to fill out before seeing the doctor, but she was speaking quickly and her voice was muffled. I politely asked if she could please lower her mask a little because I couldn’t hear her clearly, and she just stared at me in silence. The office has a positive, welcoming environment that puts you at ease when you walk in. The staff is accommodating and helpful. They are flexible with scheduling and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable throughout procedures. The team clearly cares about their patients, and it shows in how they treat you.
