My experience at Dental Downtown was exceptional. The dentist who attended to me was incredibly calm, patient, and professional. They made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process and did an excellent job with my teeth. You can truly tell they’re passionate about what they do. I’m extremely satisfied with the care I received and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental service.
I can't say enough good things about this dental office. I called with a terrible toothache, and they immediately worked to fit me into their schedule. The receptionists were incredibly kind and welcoming. As for the procedure, the dentist was absolutely the best! I had an extraction, and it was painless from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly and made a stressful situation so much better.
While traveling from the US I developed an infected tooth. The lovely staff at Downtown Dental took me right away, it was an emergency, we were leaving Charlottetown that morning. I am so grateful for Dr Routledge’s quick assessment of the problem & what needed to o alleviate the pain. She explained what I need to do once back home. Everyone was so kind! Terrific dental practice, gets my vote of confidence!!
I recently had an issue with a broken tooth and needed to be seen last minute. Lori was great to fit me in and Dr. Tanya fixed me up in no time. Great service and terrific staff!
Receptionist Lori is awesome :-) she knows her stuff Being in this field for such a long time friendly. . Natasha is very sweet - a true professional she’s gentle very informative :-). My dentist Tanya is awesome as usual -a great job to everybody. I love ❤️ going to these guys
