I had a great experience with my dental appointment at Downtown Dental yesterday. Dr. Routledge is the absolute best, and kept me informed on how the work was progressing. Her assistant was also so professional. Beforehand I had this slight worry about how this procedure was going to be, but when it was over, I realized I had nothing to worry about at all. I am a very lucky guy to have such a great team at Downtown Dental to look after my dental health.
Brought my wife in for treatment with Dr. Shweta and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was patient, gentle, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. My wife normally gets pretty anxious at dental appointments, but Dr. Shweta’s handwork was so smooth and reassuring that she felt completely safe and comfortable the whole time. You can really tell she cares about her patients and takes pride in what she does. So glad we found her.
My 4 year old daughter had her first dental appointment and teeth cleaning at Downtown Dental, and our dental hygienist, Daisy, was absolutely phenomenal with her. Daisy introduced all of the instruments she would be using and let Chloe explore them first. I’ve been with Downtown Dental since before they became Downtown Dental and have always had a great experience. Yesterday, my oldest had to have 3 baby teeth pulled and was very nervous. They were so great with her.
I actually LOVE going to the dentist now. Dr.Routlidge is so caring and kind. The quality of her skills are TOP NOTCH. I HIGHLY recommend this office. WHOLE staff are so professional, welcoming and a pleasure to be with.
