Thank you Downtown Dental Center for an amazing experience. Everyone was super friendly and professional, like a big nice family, making you feel these comfortable and cozy vibes around... The reception ladies are welcoming and sweet. Connie is a gem, always around, arranging treatments, payments and coverages; Dr Paul is just excellent , Marinel and Miracle are so kind and wonderful.
Always a great experience, appointments are always on time. Sandra, at the front desk is always so pleasant to deal with, very friendly., they all are. Lori, is great! She always does a great job with my teeth. Great dental office and the convenience of it being off the subway is perfect.
This is my second visit here and I’m certain I will not be going anywhere else. The wonderful staff at the front desk always greet you with the best smile and they’re really helpful! Miracle is absolutely delightful and the cleaning felt therapeutic! Maxine is such a warm soul and makes you ready for the next procedure which is really nice. Dr. Faibish does such an amazing job and tells you what he’s about to do each time so it takes the edge off. The appointments here feel like a wonderful experience!
Very pleasant experience, if one can say that when going to the dentist. Miracle, the hygienist was very gentle and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Favish is amazing. He takes the time to speak with you and explains everything. He also takes the time to listen to what you have to say. Excellent team, including the friendly receptionists.
Everything was great from the moment I entered the clinic. The welcome, the professionalism, the efficiency and friendliness was extraordinary. Dr. Feibish was amazing and I could not praise the Downtown Dental Center more!
