Not a place to take your child. Both dentists I have seen are extremely impatient with children. They sigh and obviously express their frustrations unprofessionally. Sometimes the staff would walk out of the room in the middle of us talking. If you ask for advice they just mumble something under their breath. Love this Dental Clinic ...I have been their patient for many years now. They are always on top of calling to setup my appointments and are quick to answer on any situation. The staff are always kind, considerate and friendly. I would highly recommend this Dental Clinic !! .....
Myself or my child will not be returning to this office. An extremely rude, cold and disconnected doctor. No sympathy or human connection at all. Was a total jerk and that's putting it lightly. Total lack of communication. Made me feel like the whole situation was my fault (area not freezing and nervousness) and was bothering him. I have never in my life experienced such a harsh dentist experience, ever. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I just had a cleaning appointment with Keetan (sorry if I spelt your name wrong). She was excellent! Very friendly and knowledgeable, she walked me through every thing that she was doing and made sure I felt comfortable with the procedures she was doing. Overall great experience, thank you so much!!
Their protocol for cancellation is apparently less than 24 hours, and unfortunately in my case, I did not find this out until walking in for my 1pm appt. They do not greet me with professionalism. The woman has a delayed look on her face,shocked, and says: "Oh, kayla, I texted you last night at 6pm. Our hygenist is sick." I did not receive the message in time for my consult. This was not an appropriate means of contact for cancellation. I'm so disapointed.
