Seen them twice this month. I felt efficiently received by reception desk staff and comfortably attended to by dental team. My appointment was for a cleaning, Dental hygienist thorough with updating my X-rays. Second visit within a week later. I say thank you, to my new dentist and his assistant for the welcoming comfort in atmosphere when I had to get an outdated filling replaced.
Staff members are always welcoming, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I switched to this dental office as it was highly recommended by my partner and his family, and I can see why. I'm glad to have switched over!
Everyone was considerate and friendly, and the checkup went smoothly. I was relieved to find that I did not need any repair work done and that nobody gave me a hard time about having booked a longer appointment. Thank you!

My first experience with the downtown Dental Group was about 35 years ago when Dr Wright put crowns on my six upper and six lower front teeth. He did such an excellent cosmetic repair that to this day dentists in the clinic still comment that he was the 'master'. I have had my teeth cleaned and checked every six months since then and am pleased to say that at the age of 89, I still have all but my wisdom teeth and only a couple of fillings.
