Sylvie is an excellent hygienist. Gentle, thorough, knowledgeable, and exactly on time. The front desk personnel greeted me warmly. It was impossible to forget my appointment time: they sent about 300 notices—via email, telephone, text message, parachute, satellite, moon lander, on horseback, and even a choir at the door,

I have been going to the Downtown Dental Group for over 30 years. Over the years there have been many staff changes. My experience has always been the same, excellent. Never have to be concerned. I am always well informed and given recommendations to consider to help make the right decision. That is very important to me.

All the staff are always friendly at Downtown Dental. I had an old filling replaced the other day and the process was quick and painless. I have had a few different hygienists and dentists over the years and they have all been great.

My experience at the dental group was excellent, the staff there was very friendly and polite, I was treated with respect. The woman that cleaned my teeth was very gentle.
