Laura my hygienist is the absolute best, she is so kind and friendly. She makes getting your teeth cleaned a breeze. With good conversation and she is so down to earth! I never mind go to the dentist when I know she’s taking care of me. She also tells me what I need to work on if I have to giveattent to certain parts of my mouth. Love her she’s the best!
Very positive experience with wisdom tooth removal! Wisdom teeth were bothering me and other dentists were booking 1 month out. I was at the Canaray next door for x-rays and decided to pop in and ask about availability. Desk clerk was lovely-- able to schedule me in NEXT DAY for consultation. Dr. Safaa is brilliant and was able to do extraction SAME DAY as consult. Obviously depends on each person, but I had pretty straight wisdom teeth. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and have always had a great experience. The staff are kind, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. My regular hygienist is fantastic, but on the occasions I’ve seen others, they’ve been just as thorough and friendly. They’re great at reminding me of my appointments closer to the date (which I definitely need!) and make things simple with direct billing to insurance. I’ve been going to Downtown Dental since I was 4 years old. Even though I have seen lots of changes over the last 30 years; from the waiting room, to staff coming and going, everyone has been so kind and inviting. They provide great communication and reminders of appointments, lots of availability, and the paid parking is a plus! I’ve had lots of opportunities to go elsewhere, but I haven’t because it’s just a safe space. Shout out to Rachelle; the best hygienist! - Julie Kivell
