I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic! Laura was very patient and gentle throughout the entire teeth-cleaning process, which made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The dentists who helped me with my tooth extraction and fillings were also very professional, skilled, and caring. The front desk staff were incredibly patient, helpful, and responsible as well. I honestly can’t thank this dental team enough. From the very first phone call, they made me feel so safe and welcomed. I deal with anxiety and they were incredibly patient, gentle, and understanding every step of the way. They really took their time with me and never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Dr. Safaa is amazing so kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The entire staff reflects that same energy. For the first time, I felt calm going to the dentist. Downtown Dental was awesome. 100%. Everyone involved in my visit was excellent @ their position from receptionist, assistant to dentist. I rang because of emergency and luckily I got an appointment the next day. They were so kind to ring and said there was an early spot so please show early if it suits my schedule. I am so pleased with the experience that I am leaving my Toronto dentist after 30+ years to begin with Downtown Dental of Hamilton.
I have been going to Downtown Dental for over 30 years and cannot recommend them highly enough! The entire team is incredibly kind, welcoming and experienced. Over the last 3 decades they have provided fantastic care, ranging from routine checkups and cleanings to more complicated procedures like crowns and root canals.
