Everybody was kind and the service was excellent. I felt comfortable and at ease. They did a fantastic job. I was impressed by the complete new patient exam that Dr. Kwoo did. I have never had such a comprehensive assessment. Dr.,Kwoo's office has all the latest modalities that make treatment comfortable All his staff are friendly and all seem happy to be part of the team. I highly recommend this practice,,!
(Read the whole review) The admin person Anita actually pisses me off so much. Rude, dismissive and unprofessional through emails, she is all of the above during an urgency. If you read the emails, it sounds like I’m the one providing customer service to her. With that said, it doesn’t change the fact that my regular team Anh, Jess and Veronica, are remarkable at what they do, by being welcoming, efficient and professional. I would like to share my wonderful experience at this Dr. Kwoo dental clinic. Last Thursday, my family and I came in for our annual dental cleaning and check-up. From booking to completion, the entire process was smooth and efficient. Dr Bong is a kind and gentle dentist. He took out my wisdom teeth over 10 years ago. Best possible experience for me. I continue to enjoy maintaining my teeth with his office. Just yesterday I had a filling done on my front tooth. He was precise and the result looked flawless. Thanks again!
I recently had my 2nd visit and I can already tell I've found my dentist for life. From the moment I walked in, the staff were so friendly and welcoming — it immediately put me at ease. The dentist himself is wonderfully warm, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and has a way of making you feel completely at ease and in safe hands. As someone who's not exactly a fan of the dentist's chair, that kind of trust means everything. So glad I found this practice!
