Darren and his team are excellent. He has taken care of our family's dental needs for more than 2 decades. The office is welcoming and efficient, making appointments and dealing with insurance claims is easy thanks to excellent staff. The dental care I receive from Darren and the dental hygiensts is excellent and virtually pain free. I've asked for accomodations to make my visits easier for me due to jaw pain issues and everyone is 100% supportive of these accomodations. Don’t have any negative issues about him. To me, he seems to be pretty good at what he does. I can understand him. He’s making sure I’m OK on a regular basis and my Teeth are getting Cleaned up. And the dentist is fantastic
I am a VERY nervous patient and will often avoid and procrastinate even getting regular maintenance work done because of this. I had to have a tooth extracted 2 years ago and I haven't been able to make myself go back since until now. The hygienist that worked on me this time was so careful about checking in with me at every step for comfort level, as well as attempting to normalize my fear issues. I wish I could remember her name to give her kudos personally.
I have always received EXCELLENT care at this dental office. Dr. Romanowski makes you feel at ease, often cracking a joke or two to lighten things up. The hygienists are friendly and careful. Even when I don't take care of my teeth as well as I should, they don't scold, they inform. Very much appreciate this. My only 'fear' of attending a dental appointment here is falling asleep. Went for my yearly teeth cleaning…. Ali was very professional and did a fantastic job cleaning them. As always, she was very gentle and thorough at doing her job! My gums have never hurt after Ali has finished cleaning them!
