Extremely friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Staff has always been willing to accommodate my severe dental phobia, and I have always left happy and with any issues resolved. You can safely ignore the poorly worded negative reviews.
During the pandemic when the kids were in and out of school I missed an appointment because the kids were home and my baby sitter never showed up as sad as all this is being on disability and missing my appointment due to factors out of my control I was charged 50 dollars for an unattended appointment. Considering all this and I was still charged having many bills and no extra money I was unable to pay it during this already difficult time. I really don't understand the previous reviews to this place... I have been going to Dr.Hany for a while now, and I cannot believe how genuinly caring & patient he is! He always works with my scheduale; and touches base with me after appointments. I have been to a couple dentist in the past and dreaded going back in, but after I saw Dr.Hany I realised that my past dentist were absolutely brutal compared to him! I have never had any problems or discomfort and will continue to go to him :)
All I can say these guys are awesome with kids of all ages. Especially teenagers lord help me the the dentist and his staff have the patience of Job. Thank you for being so kind and generous in your efforts with her braces ☺️
Thought it wasnt too bad the first couple times but after a while I realized everything is completely rushed, half the time I think they forget they are working on a person. Half the time you are choking on your own saliva waiting for the assistant to do their job and give you suction, to the point ive had to interrupt and tell them myself.
