My experience at the dentist was amazing. Now when I go there I am not so nervous. And I hope to keep having the feeling. My dentist is so nice and every gentle. She is the best.
As always, the staff at Dr Kirby Bruce and Associates Dental clinic were friendly and very helpful. Vicki, my hygienist, is very professional and does excellent work. Her caring and empathy is evident with every visit. Laurie, at the front desk, has the patience of Job, and is always so organized and pleasant. I had a very good experience with my dental hygienist-MacKenzie. She is a very knowledgeable dental hygienist and made me feel comfortable. She explained everything she was doing as she was going along. MacKenzie is very confident and knows her job very well. She is very personable and easy to talk to. I would recommend her to other patients.
Dr. Bruce is an excellent and caring dentist, but my experiences with the receptionist has been frustrating. I booked an appointment in person a month in advance and even have the business card with the date and time... When I called to confirm, I was told I’d canceled it .... which I hadn’t ..... and was then accused of missing an appointment and owing $80. The receptionist was dismissive and confrontational, and when I disagreed with her and tried to calmly explain, she accused me of being verbally abusive. It’s unfortuna... read more
As always appointment was Great !! We'll more then great i have been going here for a long time. Dr. Bruce is fantastic. Treats me very well ! And Ellen cant say enough about her she is amazing love her. We have been dealing with her for years .
