It was awesome. If I could afford to have my teeth cleaned more often, I would do it every month. The ladies at the front desk are warm, cheerful, accommodating and welcoming. Blanche, the sweetheart who cleans my teeth, is friendly, gentle and patient. Dr. Borisova fosters trust, comfort, and provides excellent care. When we moved from Kanata to Clayton near Almonte last year, I had to find a dentist, so I asked neighbours, who all said definitely go to Dr Louis! From talking to wonderful Penny at Reception, to being seen by Morgan, a fantastic, gentle, non-judgemental dental hygienist and then getting the excellent, caring Dr Borisova, I am thrilled. All the staff work hard to ensure my oral health is as good as it can be. Dr. Louis is the consummate professional, knowledgable, efficient and friendly. My hygienist is the greatest, the most gentle yet thorough practitioner I've ever encountered.
Dr. Alexandra and the dental assistant were both very kind, respectful, and professional. I really appreciated the fact that the dentist was honest with regard to treatment for my tooth. This is a local practice and I sincerely hope that the quality of care never changes.
