I had my cleaning services done on April 5 for me and my wife While the service itself was satisfactory, I was surprised to see how the billing was handled. My insurance covers 80% for cleaning services; however, the receptionist added two separate entries for cleaning/scaling—one at 80% coverage and another at 50%. I was told this was based on the time (30 minutes at 80%, 15 minutes at 50%).
