I was initially skeptical, not knowing what to expect, but the service totally blew me off my seat! I received the most excellent dental service from the receptionist that onboarded me, to the nurse or assistant that did the X-ray, to the dentist (Dr. Sharma herself) and the hygienist who was superb! Really glad I made Dr. Sonia my choice. The clinic is nice, welcoming, and very modern!
The cleaning was good (without polishing), doctor was supportive and caring. But as a business entity, they are not honest, kept me in a loop of lies about their equipment (Panoramic x-ray, it is a two-dimensional (2-D) dental x-ray examination that captures the entire mouth in a single image, including the teeth, upper and lower jaws) issue since very first day. I had a wonderful dental experience and want to give a huge thank-you to Gurvir for doing such an amazing job. She was kind, patient, and incredibly gentle, making the entire visit completely pain-free. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Her skill and compassion truly stand out. I couldn’t recommend her more!
Took my kids for their dental cleaning, and the doctors did a fantastic job. They were very professional, patient, and made the kids feel completely comfortable throughout the procedure. The cleaning was thorough, and everything was explained clearly. Highly recommend!
The front desk at this clinic needs to improve their transparency and scheduling accuracy. On December 18th, I specifically called to ask if Dr. Sonia Sharma treats pediatric patients. I was told "yes" and given an appointment. However, the experience on the day was entirely different: • Doctor Switch: We were seen by Dr. Mishti Sharma instead of Dr. Sonia Sharma with no prior notice. • Dr. Mishti informed us she is not a pediatric dentist.
