I had a fantastic experience with their team! The front desk staff are lovely and helpful. They ensured that all of my queries were answered before I left. Tatiana, the hygienist, is really patient! She provided clear instructions and explanations regarding my situation. Dr. Ledding, the dentist, is also the same—he provided thorough explanations and recommendations! Overall, I definitely recommend them ✨✨✨
I am gratefull to rate my visit in that Midtown was thoughtful to my dental needs and considerate to my fears as there is much work to be done and discuss. In addition the dentist and assistant took the time to hear my concerns, my previous/childhood disasterous experience and they were quite thorough explaining in detail the proceedure I was to experience . Midtown is worth traveling to. I had 4 teeth extraction and 2 root tip extractions painlessly in under an hr. Fresh start to the roof of my mouth. Thank you for your wonderful work and definitely will be returning for more work in the future
Great work done. Staff & dentists very friendly and supportive. Just don't like when my appointment is booked for 2:40 and I don't see dentist till 3:15 for a 10 minute repair to my molar. I booked time off work reflecting appt time. I could have worked till 3 and got paid. This is the 3rd time I've had to wait half hour or longer for my appointment. Please do better.
The staff are very kind and the process of X-rays super efficient and much less painful than it used to be! *2nd appt now so I'm adding to this. Still 5* rating. Had a teeth cleaning and for the 1st time ever it was a pretty pleasant experience lol. They handled billing, booking and setting up for future appts with no pressure and complete understanding.
