My recent appointment was lovely. First I was wished Happy birthday by the whole staff when I walked in the door. At my age most people don't remember. My dentist and his technician were great. Quick precise and friendly. My new crown fit perfectly. All in all it was a very good experience. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

This was our first dental visit in Canada, and I couldn’t have imagined a more pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere from the very beginning. My child went through the entire procedure without making a sound — everything was done so gently and carefully. I also had an appointment and was just as impressed. Truly a wonderful experience for both of us!

Hello 🥰 Just want to say how friendly and inviting the staff is at midtown dental They are very understanding when you communicate your concerns, Dr.Letting took time to go over thoroughly with me, all of my treatment plans. I always have a fantastic experience at Midtown Kelowna Dental! I came in for a routine cleaning but had a chipped tooth, and they were able to fix it right away. The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the hygienist was absolutely amazing—professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

Great service and communication. I was looking for a dental office Saturdays. After filling out forms for another office that claimed to be open Saturdays on their website, they called me and told me that wasn’t the case. I then found midtown dental and they booked me as a new patient. They had a cancellation and got me in a few short days after registering with them! Upon arrival at the office I was greeted and got in right away. Staff are friendly and professional, and very clean. Thank you midtown!
