My recent appointment was lovely. First I was wished Happy birthday by the whole staff when I walked in the door. At my age most people don't remember. My dentist and his technician were great. Quick precise and friendly. My new crown fit perfectly. All in all it was a very good experience. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.
The experience was smooth. I felt abit nervous , but when I start talking to the dr. Stevenson about my treatment issues. I feel like he listens and he was honest to me about my teeth. A Smaller dental office is the bigger the outcome. Go smaller.
Since I was 7 years old I have been scared of dentists. Last Tuesday I sat in Dr. Deb Zokol’s chair and had the very first pain free and even enjoyable treatment. Everything about Dr.Zokol’s work is, professional and first class. Dr. Zokol has small, gentle hands which move with precision and expertise. Dr Zokol was amazing. She listened to my concerns and addressed them. I was very unhappy with a crown I got a few years ago somewhere else and she came up with a solution so that I didn't have to pay to have it redone. Knowing how important my teeth are to me, Dr Zokol also suggested a bruxing guard. I have been wanting to get one for quite a while but didn't think I could because of the crown that was giving me grief. I always have a fantastic experience at Midtown Kelowna Dental! I came in for a routine cleaning but had a chipped tooth, and they were able to fix it right away. The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the hygienist was absolutely amazing—professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent dental care!
