Dr Zokol was amazing. She listened to my concerns and addressed them. I was very unhappy with a crown I got a few years ago somewhere else and she came up with a solution so that I didn't have to pay to have it redone. Knowing how important my teeth are to me, Dr Zokol also suggested a bruxing guard. I have been wanting to get one for quite a while but didn't think I could because of the crown that was giving me grief. My recent appointment was lovely. First I was wished Happy birthday by the whole staff when I walked in the door. At my age most people don't remember. My dentist and his technician were great. Quick precise and friendly. My new crown fit perfectly. All in all it was a very good experience. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

This was our first dental visit in Canada, and I couldn’t have imagined a more pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere from the very beginning. My child went through the entire procedure without making a sound — everything was done so gently and carefully. I also had an appointment and was just as impressed. Truly a wonderful experience for both of us!

Went to have a cavity fixed ended up being told I needed a root canal once that was brutally done I had to go back to have the replacement tooth filed down to help fix the bite. Was told it might take a few weeks maybe a month for the irritation and inflammation to go away. Was told that they would fix the promlem.Two months later there was more pain than when I first went in. Now I have an infection in the gums that apparently is now eating away at the jawbone. Great service and communication. I was looking for a dental office Saturdays. After filling out forms for another office that claimed to be open Saturdays on their website, they called me and told me that wasn’t the case. I then found midtown dental and they booked me as a new patient. They had a cancellation and got me in a few short days after registering with them! Upon arrival at the office I was greeted and got in right away. Staff are friendly and professional, and very clean. Thank you midtown!
