This was our first dental visit in Canada, and I couldn’t have imagined a more pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere from the very beginning. My child went through the entire procedure without making a sound — everything was done so gently and carefully. I also had an appointment and was just as impressed. Truly a wonderful experience for both of us!
Great service! They always are very thorough and kind, prioritizing my teeth health and my overall well-being. I had some fillers put under my canines and that helped a lot to reverse the sensitivity I felt in my front teeth. I am really satisfied with their services and I am specially happy that they prioritize healthy teeth over aesthetics. I had a fantastic experience with their team! The front desk staff are lovely and helpful. They ensured that all of my queries were answered before I left. Tatiana, the hygienist, is really patient! She provided clear instructions and explanations regarding my situation. Dr. Ledding, the dentist, is also the same—he provided thorough explanations and recommendations! Overall, I definitely recommend them ✨✨✨
I LOVE my new veneers! Dr Zokol did a fantastic job and she and her assistant were very caring and attentive during the entire procedure. I got the new, low cost “Filtek Matrix” system and the results are just beautiful! My husband and son were amazed at my new smile. I highly recommend these composite veneers and Dr Zokol’s expertise.
Great work done. Staff & dentists very friendly and supportive. Just don't like when my appointment is booked for 2:40 and I don't see dentist till 3:15 for a 10 minute repair to my molar. I booked time off work reflecting appt time. I could have worked till 3 and got paid. This is the 3rd time I've had to wait half hour or longer for my appointment. Please do better.
