A month ago, I just had my second gum graft with Dr. Todd Jones, and both he and the staff at his office have been wonderful. Dental work makes me very anxious, but he helped me feel calm and safe during my procedure. He made sure I understood what was happening and checked in on me throughout. Thank you!

I had two gum grafts done that failed. Initially I felt like Dr Jones seemed personable and he made me feel confident about the approach. The procedure itself was painful and the weeks that followed were very difficult. I followed all instructions and the grafts turned white and fell off. I was told that it was ok and felt manipulated. It's a year later and I cancelled my follow-up appointment because I'm not willing to go through that again for another potential fail. I have an intense fear of any procedures being done to my teeth due to nightmare trips to a dentist as a child.Unfortunately those fears intensify as one gets older. When I was told a tooth needed to come out I over reacted and didn’t accept the decision .It took a year and a half to accept the fact the tooth needed to come out and finally agreed to have it done. I did not have the best experience with Todd Jones. I had him replace an implant that had originally failed. He scheduled two different appointments to have bone grafts before the implant was placed. Once the implant was placed I had a follow up appointment. I expressed some concerns around finding bone pieces coming out. At 6 months I saw another dentist and they explained the gum around the implant was spongy.
