Very professional and friendly team. They truly care about your experience. Special thanks to Danny at the reception—she took the time to explain the billing clearly and provided helpful information on how to obtain government insurance. She was incredibly patient and kind, and even made sure I got safely into a cab.
I've been a patient for several years now and I'm never disappointed in the staff that greets me or my amazing hygienist Winnie. The clinic is tucked away in a house in a West End Neighborhood. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a dentist.
We are extremely disappointed with our experience at Van Berkel Dan Dr & Associates Dental Clinic. We encountered serious issues with diagnosis and improper treatment, which ultimately led to complications, the need for tooth extraction, and gum treatment lasting 6 months. In response to our official request to resolve the issue, the clinic acted extremely irresponsibly and refused to provide any assistance. Very low level of diagnostics and responsibility. Dr. Martha has done wonders working on my daughter who is only 3 years old. She needed some fillings and it was the best experience! My daughter loved going. The staff are all wonderful as well.
