Doctor Kumar is amazing. He has great bedside manners, very knowledgeable, and explained everything multiple times to me. Even changed my treatment plan when I asked if something different might be an option to just knock out 3 birds with one stone. Maria his assistant was very caring and gentle. Elaine at the front desk helped me fall and verify my insurance and printed the dental codes for multiple procedures for me to verify with my insurance right on the spot. Would highly recommend them! I went in with pain in my left side mouth and they helped me understand what was causing the pain and gave me same day treatment extracting an infected wisdom tooth. It was my first extraction and they did great with numbing me enough and being quick but careful with the work as well as helping me stay calm. Great staff and a great experience.
I called and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Elaine was very friendly and helpful from start to finish. The dental assistant. Maria was quick, professional, and made me at ease. The Dr took time to chat and make me comfortable, told me each step, checked in frequently, I had no pain during the whole process. The staff worked with my budget, it was affordable and not stressful at all. I am planning on having all my future dental work done here.
I highly recommend Dream Smiles, I was so impressed with the kindness and caring staff and doctor, they took such good care of me. I do not do well at the dentist and their patience with me was so caring. The doctor was wonderful!!!
Called last minute for an appointment for my son and they got us in for an extraction. The ladies who helped us were so sweet and helpful!! Thankful they could get us in on a Friday! Super sweet office staff that made my boy feel comfortable!!
