I got a last-minute spot for an appointment & met hygienist Devre — excellent, professional, warm and friendly! So was the young female dentist who I hadn’t met before. The whole staff was wonderful, and they’ve been very helpful, accommodating the appointment switches that I’ve had to make. I’ve been coming to Driftwood Dental for at least 15 years; it is well worth driving the 3 1/2 hours from my small town on the North Island.
I had the most incredible experience yesterday with my daughter. She is extremely anxious and I couldn’t even get her out of the car. Once in the room they spent 20min calming her and making her feel comfortable enough to take the medication and proceeded. No judgment and SO much patience!! They took great care of her start to finish and didn’t rush us. I even got a hug at the end. I’ve already been given a follow up call this morning and I would highly recommend! I can’t thank the team enough!
Ali was lovely, making the appointment "almost" enjoyable (I mean, does anyone actually LIKE having their teeth scraped??). She appreciated my post-migraine state and altered her approach accordingly. The office always runs smoothly, from making the appointment (which I had to adjust last minute) through to payment on completion. Everyone is friendly and efficient. What more can one want?
We cannot say enough good things about this clinic or the staff who made Janet's extraction such an amazingly comfortable and positive experience. You are true professionals who have find your passion and calling in pediatric dentistry. Thank you so much for your care, kindness and kid=friendly demeanor. Been going here for 20+ years and have always been happy with the staff and work they all do. Important note: I mentioned my child is neurodivergent and our dental assistant was wonderful and educated on how to explain what's going on and what itll feel like. This was so helpful my child was able to sit through everything like a champ and left with a big happy clean smile! 😁
