Excellent! My experience with Driftwood Dental was the best I ever had! The Dentist (Dr. Cleworth), The Dental Assistants, and the Hygenists (Courtenay and Mel) were professional, efficient courteous and calming. I received very good care and appreciated the time they took to explain what needed to be done. I was comfortable and virtually pain free when having a root canal done, several fillings and cleaning. So impressed. I live in NY and was in Smithers for a steelhead fishing trip that immediately got derailed by an accelerated dental issue. With no appointment, I was seen within minutes despite the office loaded with patients first thing Monday morning. Within a half hour my issue was addressed! I was so impressed by every staff member I encountered. I rarely give service reviews but they deserve it.
I can't thank the team at Driftwood enough as they were able to get me in for a last minute fix. A big thank you to Sherry in reception, and hygienists Carmen and Kim. The dentist was also fab, but I didn't catch her name! You have a professional and kind crew there. Keep it up :)
Phenomenal service. Imagine a dental cleaning when you laugh during the visit & leave more informed about your dental hygiene. Oddly same day service as I called to book (because I had time to remember &follow through), thinking it would be months, and they asked if I could come in that day.
I would like to start off by saying I have changed my initial review from 1 star to 4. For clarity, my initial meeting with my Dentist did not go well/ personality conflict. Conflicts happen/ misunderstandings happen/ life happens. David/ Manager of Driftwood Dental, stepped in. David, professionally and immediately handled the situation to everyone’s satisfaction. We all need to come together and grow personally and professionally. In my opinion that is what these reviews are for. Thank you David! I felt heard. 🙏
