My trip to the new dentist was great, he used a numbing on my gums before freezing which made it hurt so much less and only froze the area he needed to work on instead of half my face being frozen. It was great. I did not enjoy the process but he made it as easy as he could given it was a very back tooth he had to work on. The freezing came out in no time and did not even hurt coming out as it sometimes does. The height of the filling is perfect and I will not have to go back to have it adjusted. Have been going to this dental office since I moved here in 1984 it is the best! Jennifer is the best hygienist! your teeth are awesomely clean when you leave the most relaxing part of my day lol. Always enjoyed Dr Dunphy working on my teeth even though when filling cavities he always wanted to make sure I had enough freezing to which I reminded him one needle was enough lol. Rob will be missed 😔I hope he thoroughly enjoys retirement
Fast, friendly and efficient service with Dr. Rob. Made sure to tell me step by step what he was doing, great Dental Assistant as well. Have had Dr. Maria in the past and was sad to see her leave. Hopeful that the new dentist will be just as friendly and easy going as Dr. Dunphy(s) :)

There was a scary incident fot myself. My son is 5 years old autistic and classified non verbal. The hygentist was great in treatment. However, the back door should be locked or have an alarm system to trigger going in or out. My son ran from my arms at the dentist chair and beelined out of there. I couldn't find him and we looked through the whole building. The receptionist said he is not in the building.
