My first visit since new staff was quite pleasant. I was attended to by Therese (hygienist) in a respectful and professional manner. My comfort was her focus and I felt well cared for. A positive experience. I met Dr Jewkes and Ashley, front desk staff, and was very pleased by our interactions.

My trip to the new dentist was great, he used a numbing on my gums before freezing which made it hurt so much less and only froze the area he needed to work on instead of half my face being frozen. It was great. I did not enjoy the process but he made it as easy as he could given it was a very back tooth he had to work on. The freezing came out in no time and did not even hurt coming out as it sometimes does. The height of the filling is perfect and I will not have to go back to have it adjusted. Fast, friendly and efficient service with Dr. Rob. Made sure to tell me step by step what he was doing, great Dental Assistant as well. Have had Dr. Maria in the past and was sad to see her leave. Hopeful that the new dentist will be just as friendly and easy going as Dr. Dunphy(s) :)
