If I could give more stars I would. I have been in Dryden for 3 years. The last 3 dental offices me and my family have been too were not to the standard of care I want for my family. I have been to this office 2 x and have had amazing service and care. Speedy work, gentle hands and amazing bedside manner! Highly recommended 👌 zero complaints.
Love the lady dentist. Very gentle and explains things. The front desk people including Bonnie are a breath of fresh air and always smiling and polite 💕
Went to dentist to remove tooth, which they did fine, no problems. But had to be referred to a surgeon, to remove 4 wisdom teeth, before they could even consider doing any fillings or any other work on my teeth. That was 2-3 months ago, and I phoned last week for information but no one bothered to call back, called again today to be told they never sent the referral and I’ve just been suffering for months for no reason. Very unprofessional service.
As a senior I have had very bad experiences with dentists when I was younger. So I avoided the dentist. I fell and cracked all my front teeth so I had no choice but to go. Let me tell you I was so nervous my first visit, but the dentist was fantastic, she listened to me and explained what was needed and no pain. I have been back many times and when I walk in the door, there is no fear only a smile.
They are very efficient and make you feel comfortable. They explain everything that needs to be done and your options. I've been going here for years. Great place.
